I found this to be a superb storyline that grabs you right from the start keeping you engrossed and on edge throughout the whole book!
Great characters that will keep your interest extremely well. The chemistry, sweetness, and twists in plot kept things interesting. Add in drama and you have a good read.

Alex Langston was a bomb tech in the military, so it was a good fit for him to join the fire department with that as a side skill. Somehow he got a reputation for being a player, although he really hadn’t earned it and he stayed friends with the women he had dated. He just hadn’t been serious about anyone until he met the third grade teacher at the school he visited to give a talk to the children. Veronica Quentin, however, was forewarned about him and had no intentions of being just another woman he won over.
When Veronica is abducted and finds herself in the middle of the town with a bomb strapped to her, she finds out who she can trust pretty quickly. Is the crazy perpetrator going after Veronica? Or is he actually targeting Alex? And can Alex protect her long enough to find out who and why?
This was a suspenseful story. With good characters and a fast-paced story line, the reader will enjoy Alex and Veronica’s first date – probably a whole lot better than they did at the time!

Ms Roarke cannot write a bad story! Alex, the oldest Langston brother, bomb tech in past military life, works for fire department utilizing those skills. Veronica, 3rd grade teacher warned about Alex & his undeserved reputation as a playa. They meet when he talks at her school and its insta lust for him. Veronica wary after being burned turns Alex down. An ordinance situation putting Veronica at risk reconnects them. From there its a rollercoaster action story trying to find out the 'why' of the bad guy while trying to create, maintain and grow a romance. Can Alex and Veronica out run danger and get in step with a romance? Who is the mysterious force sabotaging their relationship? The characters are likeable. The mystery, drama and action race through at speed. Can Alex solve the mystery? Will Veronica give him a chance in what is obviously a solid love story? Fantastic story. You will go straight past food, rest, and everythign to finish this story! Well done! I received an ARC from Booksprout for a review.

This is book four in Bad Boys in Trouble series but it can be read as a standalone. Personally, I would recommend reading about each and every one of these Langston brothers. You will not be disappointed! This story is about Alex and Veronica. Alex is a bomb tech and firefighter by trade but also known as the 'playboy' when it comes to women and relationships. Veronica is a school teacher and well as much as she likes Alex, she will not be another nick in his bedpost. However, it is odd how quickly things change when Veronica finds herself half naked in the middle of the town square with a bomb strapped to her. Yep, guess who becomes her savior? This is a well written, great story on how these two characters get thrown together, get to know one another and eventually put enough trust out there to actually express feelings for each other.

This is book 4 in Bad Boys In Big Trouble Series . It can be read as a stand alone .
I really recommend reading the others in the series. This story is packed with Suspense and Action and Hot and Steamy . Alex Langston Bomb Tech and Firefighter . Veronica Quentin is a School Teacher .They are thrust together and their relationship develops while running and trying to avoid an unknown danger . Their chemistry is hotter than hot . This story line is intriguing and suspenseful .

This is book four in this series and they just keep getting better and better. You can read this as a stand alone but to get the background of the other brothers and their stories you should read them all. This one is about a school teacher Veronica and the sexy hot older brother Alex who is a bomb tech and firefighter. He meets Veronica when he comes to talk to her class and one look at her and he wants her. She has been warned about his player image and stays away. That all changes when he saves her. The chemistry between them is intense and the story will keep you turning the pages till the very end to see what happens next. This series is a must read.

Join them on this dander us journey, it would have been easier to date.

Bomb tech and firefighter Alex Langston has a reputation around the station as a bad-boy, but is that really him? Schoolteacher Veronica Quentin was warned to keep her guard up around Alex, and when she sees him she tells him she's not interested.... but when she ends up being rescued by Alex, she changes her mind. She hasn't got a lot of confidence in herself and as they get drawn in to non stop action and a mind blowing and unexpected relationship, she can barely think straight! Will they stay together? Or is the circumstances that are keeping the relationship going? Read the book to see how everything works out. You'll get plenty of plot twists along the way.

They had met before when he came to her class to talk about being a firefighter. They have an instant attraction to each other but outside forces are trying to keep them apart. Will they be able to figure out who is trying to keep them apart before it's too late?

This is book four in a six book series but it is not necessary to read the previous stories to enjoy this one. Alex and Miss Quentin are quite the couple. He is immensely likeable while she is a relatable woman with a sometimes familiar problem. In addition to the romance, there is an interesting mystery threatening their lives. There is plenty of romance and safe houses although the clues are somewhat hard to find. I enjoyed reading this one and am planning on reading the others in the series.

This book is amazing! The storyline is action-packed, steamy, drama-filled, and suspenseful. It is consistent, realistic, funny, witty, and well-developed and the story flows smoothly. The characters are strong, deep, and layered; the chemistry between them is intense and hot! I loved watching their story unfold; the twists and turns and danger make for an exciting read. This is a great page turner and extremely hard to put down.
Two people pulled together by events they do not control and a romance doesn’t blossom, it explodes!
I love and cheered for the h, and the H was not too bad either and I am not leaving spoilers but I grinned ear to ear after the shopping trip!

This was a crazy cute story.
Alex and Veronicas chemistry was a wonderful thing to read about.
There were some pretty intense moments where I thought it might have gotten to an unhealthy level, but they evened off.
The ending was a perfect as all the other Langston brother books.
Now for Dalton...

Alex is bomb expert and ex military now works for the fire department.. He meets Veronica when he goes to the school she teaches to delivery the fire safety talk to her class. There is instant chemistry but Veronica has emotional baggage from previous relationships while Alex seems to fall in love rather fast. An Intriguing, Dark, Must Read Book
I voluntarily reviewed an arc of this book. This is a really enjoyable, intriguing book and I didn’t want to put it down. “Bomb Tech” has a great, entertaining storyline and really well written, engaging characters. I think this author is now going to become one of my favorites!
I liked that the book wasn’t just a romance, it also had a bit of suspense to it. Alex and Veronica were great characters and I loved how their story came about.
