I liked this book and recommend. It is easy to read and help a lot everybody that needs guide and help!

Very insightful book.

The book is well written and discusses the issue of self esteem In a non judgemental manner. We all deal with this issue at times and this book can help.

Good book

Good insights, common sense tactics and easy to follow directions. This book was a quick and easy read. More than mindfulness.
