Since she was a young college girl reading and writing romance was what she loved the most and she enjoys entertaining her fans through her books.
Living in Miami, she likes to sit by the pool with her laptop and write her next hot romance. However, when she is not reading or writing romance, she also enjoys being with her beautiful family.
Grace's dad loses his business and he sends Grace to live with her aunt in uncle in a small town much different from her materialistic life in L.A. She spins a lie with her best friend to keep her friends and boyfriend in the dark back in L.A. about where she really is... because she doesn't want to face reality about her and her dad's broke new reality. She soon realizes that her friends are not too concerned with her absence, nor does her boyfriend even bother to text or call to find out if she is settling in well at NYU. Grace decides to take a bike ride to explore her new surroundings and bumps into a local billionaire who runs the food pantry in town to help those in need. Although her sights are zeroed in on Luke, he is less than flattered with the new comer. Her solution is to strategically land a new job at Luke's business in order to get the chance to show him that there is more to her than meets the eye. However, if her plan fails, she'll have to resort to finding her next billionaire on sugardaddy.com Maybe Luke misunderstood Grace when they first met. Is she really more than a spoiled brat who doesn't have to work for what she wants?
Wrecked was a fun/cute romance read with a bit of deceit, humor, steam, and an HEA. This was an enjoyable read from Jessica Blake who is a new to me author in 2016. I will definitely pick up other books by this author. I received an well-written ARC in exchange for my honest review. I flew through this book in only one long night. Great read & recommended.
Grace has just been betrayed by her best friend, Rainy, who has been sneaking around with Grace's boyfriend. So what if Grace's family just lost all of their millions, their houses and cars. Grace has a plan. Unfortunately, Luke, the sexy billionaire, Grace plans to marry is too busy helping his community and has no interest in playing Grace's silly games. What will Grace have to do to change Luke's mind?
Grace and Luke's story was sweet and loving. I especially liked how Luke wasn't the typical cocky, arrogant, manwhore billionaire so often portrayed in romances these days. Not that those kinds of guys aren't fun to read, but it's nice to read about one who bucks that trend. Grace's journey from self-involved party girl to an independent woman ready to finally live a life not centered solely around herself, was sort of inspiring. I admit that I didn't like Grace at all in the beginning of Wrecked, but she redeemed herself as soon as she helped Tracey. She was actually kind and giving underneath her outer selfish layer. And Luke, oh Luke, so swoony! He's the ultimate boyfriend: sweet, sexy, loving and kind.
All of the secondary characters were great too. Tracey, Kieran, Aunt Ginger and Uncle Joe, and Marco. I would love to read any or all of their stories!
I have been reading Jessica"s books and find them very enjoyable to read. They pull you in and make you feel like you are right there in the story. You begin to feel a kinship with the characters and you want to know more about them .
I enjoyed this book. This was my first book by this author. I loved the storyline and the characters were great, very believable. The storyline moved along at a good pace.

This was the first book I've read by Jessica Blake. I haven't had the pleasure of reading her Billionaire Prison series. I hope to in the future. I liked the unique twist this story had to a small town romance.
Grace was a spoiled rich heiress from Los Angeles. Anything she wanted was hers until it wasn't. After her father's company goes belly up she is forces to leave her LA lifestyle for a small town one in Crystal Brook, North Carolina. Her transition was not an easy one. She kept looking for ways to get back to LA but more importantly to get back to the life style she was use to living. She thought she hit pay dirt when on a bike ride around town she ran into Luke Anderson. The sexy single bachelor in town who happens to be a billionaire with a "B". She sees this as her way back to easy street. Luke being a smart one doesn't fall for her trickery. He wants to leave her behind despite the strong attraction he has to her.
The part of the story that kept me reading was seeing how these two found their way. In a small town romance, I am use to rooting against a girl like Grace. This is what made the story so unique. We're use to reading about a good girl who gets the guy despite the prettier, richer girl's efforts. Here there was no good girl just a bad girl trying to find the good in herself.
Luke is not without his flaws. Coming from a more affluent background than Grace, he started his journey way before she did and knows what he wants and what type of girl he wants to live that life alongside him. It certainly wasn't Grace but as she changed, he refused to see his own faults. He held onto his ideals never fully believing how she'd changed until it was right in his face.
This is a nice HEA small town story that will leave you wanting more.

This is the second book in the Crystal Brook Billionaires Series by Jessica Blake ,and I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed this sweet story. The main Characters were amazing and the storyline was well developed and the secondary characters were great also. Jessica Blake has given us a story that will suck you in and keep you there form start to finish ,and then will leave you wanting more from this author. This is such a fun loving story with humor and with some added deceit wrapped in it. Grace is a spoiled little brat who's father's business goes under ,and he decides to send Grace to live with a Aunt and Uncle in a small town. Which is totally different from her privileged life that she had in L.A.But poor Grace's just doesn't want to face reality right now. But not even her friends seemed to be to concerned with her been absence, not even her boyfriend has called her to see if she's okay. So one day she decides to explore her new surroundings by bike ,and bumps into Billionaire Luke Anderson who just happens to be the man who runs the food pantry for the in need families in town. So all at once Grace sets her sights on the very handsome Luke, who better to help her get out of this hardship that she's in. But Luke is no fool he sees right through her. he's has deal with women like her before .But Grace has an idea ,she'll get a job working for him ,to show him that there's more to her then what the eye's see. Is there more to her then a spoiled little brat ? I could go on and tell you more about this sweet story ,but that would spoil it for you. I highly recommend that you read this story, you won't be disappointed.
I received this for my honest review. Grace's dad loses his business and he sends Grace to live with her aunt and uncle in a small town which is very different from her materialistic priviliged life in L.A. She doesn't want to face reality and soon realizes that her friends aren't concerned with her absence and her so called boyfriend doesn't even bother to call to find out how she is. When Grace decides to take a bike ride to explore her new surroundings she bumps into a local billionaire who runs the food pantry in town to help those in need. She sets her sights on Luke as her ticket out of her hardship but he is less than flattered with the new comer. Her solution is to get a job at Luke's business in order to get the chance to show him that there is more to her than meets the eye, is she really more than a spoiled brat who doesn't have to work for what she wants? This was a fun, romantic read with added deceit, humour and was an enjoyable read from Jessica Blake.
Grace was a spoiled rich kid Her only concerns were when is her next mani-pedi, where was the next party, what bathing suit should she wear on her friend's father's yacht, when was her next shopping spree. That all changes in a blink of an eye when her father goes bankrupt and she's forced to move from the Hollywood Hills to a small quiet town in North Carolina to live with her aunt and uncle. Still in her superficial mind she sets her sights on town HOTTIE Luke Anderson who just happens to be a billionaire. Well Luke isn't stupid and knows exactly what she's like. Maybe they're both wrong.
Jessica does such a great job with how she writes about Grace. I found myself REALLY not liking Grace at first much like when you watch an actor play a villain and the actor does such a great job acting you really do loathe them. Great work.....loved it
Such a perplexing novel. I really enjoyed watching the trasformation that Grace goes through from pampered spoiled Princess to sweet caring loving woman.I never though she would be the woman for Luke. At first I thought she was going to use and abuse him til she got her life back.
What sh goes through with her friend and her ex. Just everything. Its quite an amazing book. A great book for anybody going through life changes and having a struggle.
Luke is so self conscious even though he is gorgous, yummy, intelligent, smart, funny.
I love how this author ended the book. I cant wait for more from this author.
This book made me full on cry at certain emotional parts with Grace and Luke.
Sorry no spoilers you will just have to read it to find out what happens.
Grace was rich and had everything. When something happens and she finds herself broke and moved to a small town, can she do anything but hide from everything that happened. When she meets the good looking wealthy Luke are her prayers answered? What happens is a sweet story of finding what is important in life and learning to live on your own. Perhaps there is more to life than money? I enjoyed watching Grace find happiness in herself and her life.
This was a good read about one billionaire giving up his silver spoon life to help the less fortunate in a small town, while another billionaire comes into town on the tail end of her father's business going bankrupt to hide and 'start new' of course love drama, and good times ensue! I enjoyed this book!!!
Grace is trying to make herself belive the lies she tells her friends back in LA , having to move to live with her aunt and uncle due to her dad losing everything can be tiring, but she has a plan. can she convince the hot billionaire Luke she's not the spoiled brat she comes off as and will Luke see that there is more to her? I truly loved these characters and the story.
I despised Grace and her"friends" at the start of the book. The woman she became was someone I would want to know. Luke as the catalyst for change with Grace was an ejoyment to read. I love the self reflection that happens at the end with Luke as well.
