The Pool Rules
Lance Powell is a scholarship swimmer at the university during the school year and a lifeguard at the community pool during the summer. He’s handsome, he’s responsible, he’s confident, he’s aloof… no one would ever know that he’s completely head over heels for the little troublemaker that he has to constantly reprimand.
High school senior Asher Tate is only a few years younger than the college athlete, but it might as well be a decade. He is the complete opposite of Lance. He is a reckless, carefree daredevil who couldn’t stay out of trouble if his life depended on it. My 6th Amelita Rae's Read
There's a type of book that you can't remember what the story is all about soon after you finished it, and this book is one of the example....
I just finished reading this book about an hour or so ago, and when I'm about to write this review...I suddenly can't remember what the story is all about....
Maybe it because the story waaaaay to short or....it leave no impression at all....

Cute, funny and raunchy. Took me back to my teenage years when I hung out around the country club pool during the summer and drooled over the lifeguards. The title says "short" but I wanted more than just one sex scene. Maybe author can develop it into a full length novel or serial.

Not the best of Amelita’s I’ve read but probably cause I don’t necessarily want to read a shirt that focuses just on spanking. Spanking that leads to something else as foreplay sure but to end there? 🫤 if you love that then you’ll likely love this more then I did.

A enjoyable short read, but...
This was another enjoyable read by Amelita Rae. I enjoyed reading the story of Lance and Asher, but the typos throughout the book can be a little annoying. But last that it was a cute plot and a enjoyable read.

A cute and hot short story about two guys that had secret crushes on each other since childhood. The younger one, Asher, kept getting into trouble at the pool where Lance was the lifeguard, and Lance finally has had enough of Asher not being responsible for his own safty.
Lance takes Asher aside for a serious talk in which the lifeguard calls for punishment which Asher agrees to not realizing Lance was going to spank some sense into him. It's a hot, sexy scene though I did feel for Asher when Lance wouldn't stop and the poor boys bottom was really sore.
Anyway, Amelita Rae gives another cute Yaoi short.

The rule breaker has gone too far and Lance is going to give the punishment.
A quick more gentle story with a lot less graphical sex but great characters and a fun story.

Good story, but too short.
It needs to be expanded into book length, with more adventures as Asher tries to help both get what they really want. This could be the start of something big, and the games to earn the punishment that both seem to need as they discover and uncover more about each other.
