Book is about ten times longer than it needs to be. A lot of time is spent in what seems like bragging, the topics are good but could have been told in much fewer words

I am a starter of being a real estate agent, and real estate investor. Thus, I read a lot of real estate book to get a grip of the world of real estate. This is one of the best books to help me grip a tangible sense of what it like to be a real estate investor, what I should expect, and what should I do to start. The insight author provide is very easy to apply but realistic and essential. Highly recommended for starter real estate investor.

Some good info. To really put it into practice, your day job needs to be in real estate. Ferguson is a real estate investor and had a goal of having 100 rental properties. He made good progress initially, but I believe he's currently nowhere near that goal (19). Instead, he does more fix and flips, based on his website, investfourmore.com.
I have learned a lot from this book. When you think you know enough in the beginning stages there’s always more to learn. If you are experienced this book will not be for you.
This is a good book to read as it covers residential and Commercial property. I enjoyed reading gained good insight information about real estate. This is recommended to anyone who interested in building good property business.

A great first hand account of how to get started investing in real estate. really well written, and clearly someone who knows what they are talking about
Although at times it felt like a compilation of blog articles, it does provide lots of insights and knowledge. I learned a lot and I think it was worth the read.
Real estate has a ton of complexity that can bog you down and stop your getting started. You’ll get a straight picture of the business at a high level when you read this book. Written in a very approachable way and relatable to most readers, you will learn about diligence, numbers, repairs and operations. One of the better beginner books out there.
