This first book in the series is extremely short and really does very little to provide us with much insight into the characters, story, or even past.
Basically Roz and Dylan have sex within 5 minutes of meeting each other and her hiring him to help with renovations on an old bed and breakfast she has purchased.
There was nothing in this that grabbed my attention or made me interested in the story or the characters. Pass.

Good start
Not what I was expecting, was starting to really get into the story when all of a sudden .... cliffhanger....will try to read the rest of the series to see where it goes.

Another stuff your kindle freebie that I wish I hadn’t taken the time to read. The MMC was supposed to be a handyman set up by the FMC older sister and yet he comes in and all of a sudden they have sex after 2 flirty lines when they meet?? And then his fixing up of her house is never really talked about so does he even do the job? Where’s the plot?? The smut was so poorly written that I sped read just to get through it and was cringing the entire time. Wish I could give this 0 stars

Dylan seems hot, Roz seems feisty - sounds like they’ll keep each other’s engine revving. Nice that they’ve got complementary skills - I’m guessing (when they’re not distracting each other) that they’ll make Roz’s B&B one heck of a destination. I love the place’s name, too: The C’mon Inn!
Now, do I want to spend the (measly?) $2.99 to complete the series?

Snapshot of an affair in progress is what You Own Me is. Get two hot as hades adults together in the same room where they can ogle each other and want a walk through each other's parks, and you've got the beginning of a good book. But that's all it was - a beginning, like one of those excerpts thrown in at the back of one book to entice you to read the next. This one, however, had some typos (non reported) that marred an otherwise steamy excursion into _ucking.

If you like a short, steamy read then this might be the ticket for you. Unfortunately, it fell short on my expectations and I was left disappointed. This Ink Angel loves a good alpha male and Skye delivered. I had a difficult time with the fast pace of events (no spoilers here) and would have enjoyed more backstory from both leading characters.

Quick little read
Quick and easy read. Gets straight to the spice and it's hot and heavy. Easy to read and get sucked into, even if it's only for like 15 minutes.
I tend to prefer more story, you don't get any kind of information on the characters beyond he's a handy man helping her fix her house up.

a good read, but rather short. When I say short, less than 50 pages in my kindle app. I enjoyed the story, and wanted more but I couldn’t imagine the 140 pages of book 2 giving me what I want from this. We didn’t even really get any character building in book 1, so so much would need to happen in book 2. Good story, wish it was more though.

Cliffhanger

Not much happens in this book. Just Roz and Dylan meet and quickly become intimate, repeatedly, without much build-up. There are no other significant characters, making it a fast and simple read.
