Blue Sky Over The Cloud

Rate this book
“Blue Sky Over the Cloud” is a moving memoir of enduring love and strength of character from me, writer Soonok Lee. It’s a story of how one women’s life was swept away at the start of the Second World War into the Korean War. A marriage and a migration to the United States . Throughout my various experiences is a great love that endured distance, physical separation and family turmoil. This book is a remarkable insight into Korea life and history, and the life of a Korean immigration in the United States written with vivid recollection. This book is an absorbing read.

Blue sky is the answer!

Life may not consist of all smooth roads but this book is one woman's story of living in spite the adversity. In a way it's a love story but mostly it is a sweet story of living and finding contentment. I enjoyed the insight of the author.
