I read this series a while back and forgot to write my review. I'm trying to remember it all. I know that it was a dark book and I was glad that I had all the books so that I wouldn't have to keep getting them.
Megan doesn't know that her dad is going to use her to pay back a debt. She has tried to give him the benefit of doubt. He just seems to keep screwing up. Even after what he does to Michael he still doesn't learn his lesson.
Michael is owed a debt and he can't believe that he is even listening to Eric. Why would he want someone's daughter? That is until he see's her. He knows that he has to have her and have her he will.
I really liked this series. I got all ten books together so I will just post the same review to the other five. I enjoyed the way this author brought her story. I enjoyed seeing these two come together. I really didn't know what I thought about Michael at first. He grew on me and I learned to love him.
I really can't stand Michael's dad and what he puts Megan through.

I loved how this book wraps up the series. There is closure with all the characters, but some of the events that leads to it might not be what you expected. I had a feeling about who Mr. Fredrick was so I wasn't surprised with that outcome. The situations with both Eric and Anthony didn't go how I thought they would, but it was still great nevertheless. Lots of suspense, confessions, and unexpected surprises. Alexa Brookes is now added the list of authors that I definitely follow! Thanks for the great read :-)

Everything is now out. All the secrets and what Anthony has done to Megan. So much deceiving throughout the story and now Michael and Megan must figure out a way to make things ok between the two again and get their happily ever after.
I did enjoy the whole of this story lots going on and new players added throughout the story made it very interesting and a page turner. I still don't like Anthony he is definitely no kind of father and I'm glad Michael didn't turn out like him.

Just when I thought this series couldn't get any more ridiculous
This was the first time I have ever read this author and I can safely say it will probably be the last. This series stunk like the stench of a dead wood chuck under the porch.

This is the last book in the series. This book does clear up everything that has gone on in the previous 9 parts and ties the end together nicely.

Amazing read...
Probably one of the most intense books I have read in awhile, definitely had to skip a page here and there because I couldn't stomach some of the things Michaels father was doing to Megan other then that very good book
