The search for Vivian's killer continues, and the more Izabella digs into the darkness, the closer she comes to her brother Freddy.

Oh man, book 2 continues right where book 1 ended, bringing more action and one cliffy after another! My head is spinning on an action rush but those two - Izabella and Demetri, really pushed over the edge of angst...the push/pull really took its tool on me LOL *sigh*
I loved it and hated it at the same time...very confusing and exhausting...until they sucumb to each other! Thank fuck!!!
but I can't wait to continue the road The Castaletta family is going towards...cause there's some pretty heavy shit happening along the way...and the family walls are not as firm as they are supposed to be!

When I finished this book, I had to just sit back and take some deep breaths. There is so much going on in this book, you do not know what is going to happen next. I can tell you that it is an outstanding book written about the Castaletta Mafia family in Chicago. There is lots of action and suspense, but at the same time, you get a personal side of the family too. You need to read Book 1 in the series, before reading this one, and then when you finish this one, you are going to want to immediately jump into Book 3, because Ali Parker, the Queen of Cliffhangers, has struck again at the end of this one. I highly recommend this series and this book.

The Saga Continues
This is the second in the series and this is the second time I've read this book. It was just as good as the first time. The war continues between rival gangs and the real father of one of the family members is revealed. What will happen next. I can't wait to continue with the Castaletta series. Buy all the books in the series. Ali Parker never disappoints.

Amazing Chicago Mafia Syndicate series. This is the second book in the series and is full of suspense, secrets, twists and turns. The storyline and characters are in depth and detailed. Ali Parker is one of my favorite authors and her writing makes you feel like you are there with the characters. I can't wait to read the next book in this series.

The action, drama and suspense continues in the second book in the Castaletta series. Again there is a cliffhanger that leaves you on the edge of your seat. Ali Parker is a phenomenal writer who always draws her readers in as if you were there watching everything.

My heart is racing.
Love this family. Plenty of heat and oh so steamy love scenes. The ending caught me off guard. Within seconds purchased the next book because I couldn't leave it there.

Beyond Speechless...Wow!
This book picks up right where the first one left off and does end in a cliffhanger to end all cliffhangers! Emotional rollercoaster ride would be a big yes, anything used before, would be a ferris wheel compared to this. I'm one of those readers who tries to figure out who, what, when, why, how and everything in-between, before the author get's there! If you are too, good luck because when you think you might have something, you'll be back to the beginning. This is a hard review for me to write because I don't do spoilers and this book is....so fast paced and had so much happen. Two quick side notes that do have to do with this series, you may want to read Judged, which is a book about Dimitri's, Drake. Not mandatory, just a suggestion. If you haven't read the Bad Money Series, you could read that before this, as this series is a spin-off and this is the book where it starts to show that. You don't have to, again just a suggestion; however, if you loved the first book in this series, you will love that series too! Ok, so here I go with a summary & NO spoilers! Joe "The Don" Castaletta is not happy about a lot of things, starting at page one. The search is still on for Vivian's killer and Freddy is still MIA. The women at "the paid from men" house (guess that's the best way to say it, without getting into trouble), are still getting attacked. Everyone from the former book is given a task to do and not do. New characters, some from other books & some new altogether, show up. The last book was wow...this book is a speechless, hold on, wow! We find out a lot!!! Demetri & Izzy.... Love them!! Ali is the queen of cliffhanger's and I can't wait! This book is gritty, hot, action, fast paced, drama, more...so much more!! This is not a standalone!! This is a must read!!

Second in series of this gritty mob romance that ends with a cliffhanger.
Whatever You Need is the follow up to the previous book, Take Me Higher, which you do need to have read to follow along with this book as it picks up where book one ended. As with the previous book, this book ends with another cliffhanger, leaving lots of unanswered questions so if you hate waiting for a HEA, if there even is one, I wouldn’t recommend this book but if you are a fan of cliffhangers and gritty mob romances, I would recommend this book. The book is full of action packed drama and while it is fairly fast paced, obviously the fact that the story is split into several books, as an overall, it is steadily being paced and developed.
Whatever You Need is told from five different points of views throughout the story, something I wasn’t keen on at first, but it becomes clear at the end of the book why we get at least two of the other perspectives. This book definitely is gritty and gruesome with some of the descriptions and scenarios that will not be to the taste of any squeamish people. There is explicit sexual content but as in the previous book, not all the sexual content is between the two main characters, Izabella and Demetri, instead a main character and a sub-character. However, in terms of the stubborn up and down/ back and forth relationship between Demetri and Izzy, things do heat up in this book between them.
Looking forward to reading more from this series and seeing where the latest and sometimes surprising developments will go.

WOW this series keeps getting better and better
Someone is out to get the Castaletta family but who? Everyone in the syndicate is looking for Vivian's killer, in the meantime younger son Freddy is mixed up in drugs and with the Kallup brothers.. Are they behind the murder of the matriarch?
Eddy and Daniel are working on the issues with the girls in the prostitution ring being beaten up and seeing if that is connected.. One night all hell breaks loose and they are trying to find D and Izzy..
D and Izzy are together and finally admitting their love, will this one night destroy everything?
Can't wait for the next book to see what happens...

Oh Noooooo all Hell is about to break lose in this syndicate!!! Book 2 picks up right where book 1 stopped and let me tell you there is no way you will be able to put this one down!!!!! Eeeeeeeek it's so full of angst and keeps you on the edge of your seat the whole time AND THEN IT ENDS ON such a cliffhanger that you wanna bite your nails and scream damnnnnnnn I want book 3 like NOW hahahaha such a good series!!!!! I seriously can't wait to see what happens in the next book. Wow Ali Parker you did a phenomenal job on this one!!!!

Whatever You Need is fast paced, suspenseful, entertaining, steamy mafia read. The series is getting so good, I mean there still trying to find who killed the Mafia boss wife and the finger is pointing at his own son Freddy who's missing. Every corner they turn there's trouble brewing, and guns are blazing. I liked seeing the softer side of Izzy and really wish D would stop make excuses and get his girl already. So excited that we get more of Marcus who was in Ali's Blood Money series. Ended with a whammy of a cliffhanger.

I can't...even begin to describe how amazing this series of stories is. The excitement is non stop! The tie in with the Bad Money series is awesome. It had been awhile since I read the first book, Take Me Higher, so I reread it first, and I am glad I did. The move between the books was seamless. The characters are almost to true to life. They will wrap you up in their lives. Highly recommend! I need the next book sooner than later...

I loved this book. The Castaletta Syndicate is a fantastic and compelling series. I love that these people, who are such bad people, are so compelling and full of good. I absolutely love Izzy and D, the way they fight the attraction and love for each other, regardless of everyone around them telling them to be together, made this book one that I could not put down. I also loved that they brought Marcus, from Bad Blood, into the series.

Whatever You Need picks up where Take Me Higher leaves off. This series sucked me in and keeps me reading well into the night. There is drama, danger, intrigue, mystery, serious bad boy/alpha males and a kick-ass woman (Izzy), major chemistry between Izzy and Demetri yet they fight each other trying to abide by the wishes of the Don. There is a big cliffhanger at the end of this book so I'm glad I was able to go right into the next book in the series...read these in order, for sure...

Ok so THAT is how you cliff hang!! Ali you are a beast in the best way possible! These newish characters pulling off one crazy hot ride! I've grown quite fond of this series and an eagerly waiting for the next installment! You can't go wrong with this series! An ARC was provided for an honest review.

This series has easily became my 2nd favourite series by Ali Parker, she never fails to write amazing storylines with characters you can't help but want more of.
Picking up where book 1 left off, Demetri is struggling to hold the syndicate together while not all is as it seems in the Castaletta mansion.

Seamless transition from the first book. Packed full of surprises and suspense, many twists and turns, non stop action. One of those books that you can't put down. I am anxiously waiting for the next book in this series! Ali Parker you have dome it again!

Loving this series! It keeps getting better and the characters are great! Can't wait to see what happens! Mystery and romance at it's best! Add the mafia and you are sitting on the edge of your seat! Highly recommend!

Read this book in like 3 hours. I couldn't put it down. I think this series would make a great movie or television series. But another cliffhanger!! LOL I hate them! Now to count down the days until December.

Suspenseful
An easy read and kept the pace going, characters were portrayed good but a little bit unbelievable. Did enjoy both books and looking forward to the finale.

The second book in the Castaletta Syndicate series, and it was amazing! There is so much going on, and so many questions. I can't wait to read the conclusion. All of the characters are very well written, and have very strong personalities. It's hard to believe who would mess with this family.

The Castaletta Syndicate, a very jacked up family. Daily threats on their lives, no problem Izzy is on it. Something go wrong, Demetri will handle it. This is their story, Demetri and Izabella, a strong love, a forbidden love. Another man vying for her love, Edward. Why will The Don, her father, allow her to love Edward but not Demetri, the man she really loves. A love story with lots of secrets, lots of death, pain, loss. You name it, you will find in the this story! This book keeps you sucked in from beginning to end. You will absolutely love it. You will not be able to put it down. The nail biting page turner will have you trying to figure out the whodunit from page one! Awesome read!
