Cryptozoology is the study of unknown animals out of place or time, whose existence has yet to be proven. Failed PHD candidate Ian McQuade attempts to become the first, and in the process loses his professional student status. Determined to redeem himself by proving the theory behind his rejected dissertation, he travels in search of his first cryptid. As a child, he encountered a creature that has become the forest giant of Native legends, historical accounts and eyewitness reports. His obsession over that event will lead him from the jungles of South America to the wilds of Canada. Along the way, he will face obstacles in the form of ancient cities, harsh terrains, mystics, prehistoric beasts, traps, puzzles, secret organizations/societies, otherworldly technology, and the occasional megalomaniac bent on world domination. This collection contains all three books in the series, "Shadow of the Thunderbird", "Track of the Bigfoot" and "Wake of the Lake Monster".

Wonderful Trilogy

These books are a great and entertaining read! They combine mystery, danger,conspiracies, and a little romance thrown in and you feel as if you're reading a Laura Croft / Indiana Jones movie plot. The characters are well written and the author has tremendous research in each book. I am hoping there will be more to come!
