Give yourself—and others—the gift of radiant health and happiness with this practical training manual for yoga teachers and aspiring leaders
Strala teaches us to release the stress that inhibits our bodies, our minds, and our lives. It begins with a mindset that drops the myth of “no-pain, no-gain,” and says our best way to get where we’re going is to feel good along the way. It works miracles for our whole health, as we unblock our energy and bring our entire self into harmony. And we discover how to accomplish far more by learning to approach challenges in an easygoing way.

Tara is an inspiring writer and yoga leader. I completed the Strala Yoga intensive training in 2017 and this book is a wonderful companion to that training, helping me to lead with more grace and ease on and off my mat.
A good book for new yoga guides. Lots of useful, sensible advice. I read it on my kindle but think I would get more out of a physical copy with colour pictures etc
I have loved every books from Tara until this one. this is pretty much a copy of strala yoga (her previous book) - same pictures even - that had more text added to it. It might be a good book for people wanting to go further in teaching strala yoga? I sadly did not learn much more from this book that could go towards my own practice.
