Have you ever entered a room and it just didn’t feel right, yet you couldn’t explain why? Do you sense a natural comfort with some people but are immediately stressed by others?
The truth is that we’re all influenced far more than we realize by the invisible energy of the people and places around us. This, along with difficult experiences in your past that still weigh you down, can keep you from being a creative force in your life.
Clearing is a gentle but powerful way to release the old stress you’re still carrying from your life history, as well as transform how you’re affected by the energy around you each day. Many people experience immediate shifts in their energy during a clearing, and significant change often unfolds in the days and weeks afterward. In fact, clearing has even been described as "accelerated meditation" because it can lead to a sense of calm and happiness that typically results only after years of a mindfulness practice.
In this simple, elegant guide, Jean Haner teaches you, in easy-to-follow steps, how to clear your own energy or that of any person, as well as bring harmony to the energy of the spaces you inhabit, so you can reclaim your vitality and joy, and open up infinite new possibilities in life.
Healers, intuitives, energy workers, highly sensitive people, and anyone who just wants to optimize their energy and live their best life will find this to be the perfect training. Jean refines energy clearing to its pure essence—the power of the compassionate heart!
Jean Haner is an internationally recognized teacher and consultant, and author of the book The Wisdom Of Your Face: Change Your Life with Chinese Face Reading! and the upcoming The Wisdom of Your Childs Face (both published by Hay House). Jean teaches these powerful techniques to read peoples inner nature; she places an emphasis on compassionate and affirming ways for people to live in alignment with their own true selves. "
I received a copy of this title from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. In Clear Home, Clear Heart: Learn to Clear the Energy of People Places, Jean Haner goes into great detail explaining the process of clearing energy, and offers many examples to accompany each step. I am a big fan of Ms Haner's work, and looked forward to reading this title. While I think it could be a great tool for beginners, those with more experience in clearing may find it a bit repetitive and long winded. The tools and techniques included in the book are easy to use, learn, and adapt to many situations. The exercises were fun to do, and the results sometimes very interesting. Overall, I would highly recommend this book to someone interested in learning how to do a clearing, as the steps are clear and easy to follow. Those with more experience would probably get more out of skipping around and taking the parts that enhanced the work they already do.
I love Jean Haner's approach to clearing the energy of people and spaces. We are all surrounded by chi, the invisible life force that is everywhere, but here in the West we aren't taught how to manage that energy. Her book gives the reader simple and effective tools to start releasing the stress they've accumulated over their lifetime. Highly recommend!
Well written and straight forward on how to perform clearings and what nuances may be encountered. The difference just from clearing Disturbing Effects of Others is incredible especially if you work with the public.
Don’t get me wrong the lessons in this book are great and people will learn a lot. I was expecting more. I felt there should’ve been more in working on yourself to enable yourself to cheat others! The rest was great.
Someone in my yoga group recommended this and all I can think of is...why? Still it was so incredibly short I thought I could give it a try.
It is basically suggesting you use a pendulum to clear your own energy field and to clear spaces from things like geopathic stress...but never exactly gets to how it works? Like, what exactly is doing the clearing? It's an interesting attempt to meld Chinese element theory with an energy clearing and there's quite possibly a connection through that that just doesn't get articulated well. Also, it keeps telling you that you'll talk about something 'later'. That's almost always the sign of a bad writer. It's a lot of padding for a little technique that may or may not even work? Hmmmm.
Again, still trying to see how this connects to yoga.
