Colorful and full of a variety of military vehicles from the more exotic jets to the common transports. Amongst the colored pictures are facts about each machine bringing in a little hidden education.
I wanted this book for my budding artists, both aged under 10. The challenge of drawing such realistic vehicles using this book appears to be beyond their abilities, however. The 5 step drawing guide for each machine is just a bit too simplistic when dealing with such detail. In my opinion, either the end result drawing needed to be simplified or the intermediary steps needed to be enhanced.
Overall, a fun book that goes beyond the flashy, super cool jets and tanks to bring out some of the military workhorses.
