Not only is this book dated, but the hype that fills up the first 20 pages makes me question the "expert"ness of the information. It is just not written in an interesting manner and sometimes it is so patronizing I find myself offended. I couldn't even get to some of the useful information at the end of the book. I gave up and turned to more relevant, less hyped, and better written books on real estate investments and foreclosure, such as Finding the Uncommon Deal.
