Being Ron

Rate this book
'Sitting behind the steering wheel in her poshest, deep purple coat was Mum. She was grinning from ear to ear.'

Seven years ago Ronald Hargreaves was ten and his mum was about to take her driving test. His mum worried about everything but he loved her dearly. Ron clearly remembers that year as if it was yesterday. Maybe it was because of the bad things that happened at school or the fun he had with Maureen.

Who was Maureen and what did happen at school?

Emma Dennis lives in the South East of England with her family; a loving and patient husband, three wonderful children and an over-excited but loving dog called Toby.

When Emma is not busy writing and jotting down ideas in her special notebook, she enjoys cuddling up on the sofa with her family, while eating pizza and watching movies.

This is Emma’s debut novel and she hopes you enjoy reading it as much as she enjoys writing it.
