From New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Julia Kent:

Lydia's new boss stole the job she wanted and he thinks he owns the place already on Day One.

Turns out -- he actually does.

She can't control her attraction to Matt, the man with stormy eyes and a penchant for kissing her in the supply closet, the elevator, and in her increasingly intense dreams.

But Matt has a secret -- he's really Michael Bournham, playboy extraordinaire and the CEO of the company, and he's doing a reality television stunt. For six weeks he's pretending to be a middle manager while producers video tape everything.

Everything.

But when their office sex video goes viral, Mike sends Lydia to Iceland in a sham job with his company, ordering his best friend, Jeremy, to watch over her.

When Jeremy takes his job a little too seriously, Lydia finds herself caught between two hot, mysterious men.

And then realizes that if she’s going to break the rules, why not rewrite them so she can have both?

This boxed set contains USA Today bestseller Maliciously Obedient, and the books Suspiciously Obedient and Deliciously Obedient. More than 800 pages of hot, hilarious romance.

New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Julia Kent writes romantic comedy with an edge. Since 2013, she has sold more than 2 million books, with 5 New York Times bestsellers and more than 21 appearances on the USA Today bestseller list. Her books have been translated into French, German, and Italian, with more titles releasing in the future.

From billionaires to BBWs to new adult rock stars, Julia finds a sensual, goofy joy in every contemporary romance she writes. Unlike Shannon from Shopping for a Billionaire, she did not meet her husband after dropping her phone in a men's room toilet (and he isn't a billionaire in a rom com).

She also writes romantic suspense as Meli Raine, sexy shifter romances as DJ Jennings, billionaire shifters as half of the author team Diana Seere, and co-authors with Elisa Reed.

She lives in New England with her husband and three children in a household where she is the only person with the gene required to change empty toilet paper rolls.

The Best way to Read this Incredible Series – you will want all Three!!

#1 – Maliciously Obedient
Love this story – Full of humor, angst and super-hot romance!!
Our CEO playing middle manager for a reality show is already having somewhat of an identity crisis, as he cannot use his influence to remedy problems he finds. Lydia resents the guy who was awarded “her job” without it even being posted. Add in an unethical producer who is only concerned about ratings, and we have an ocean of misunderstanding and a thoroughly entertaining and scintillating tale.

Our CEO agreed to the reality show to increase the company’s numbers, as he may have a huge payday awaiting him. With a great cast of secondary characters, we are treated to an engaging read which you will not be able to put down.

#2 – Suspiciously Obedient
Love this series – Full of humor, angst, super-hot romance and a few twists!!
Lydia has taken a job in Iceland of all places to get away from Matt, no make that Mike – the CEO who was playing on a reality show and was so enamored with her he forgot there were cameras rolling. Yikes!

When Mike sends Jeremy to keep an eye on Lydia, she discovers he is more than a familiar face; he is witty, charming, relaxed and had a special way of looking at her: “Those were the eyes of a man who wanted her. Pure and clear. There was no ambiguity. No disguise. No fake green eyes. No fake human being.”

I was a little worried reading the book blurb about Lydia starting a relationship with Jeremy. But this is so well done! He is the perfect foil for her current place in life. I love these two as a couple. Jeremy brings up Mike and the fact the recording was unintended no matter what social media states.

You will want to read book #1 before this one – and definitely book #3 afterward. The rapport built with all the characters is undeniable – great reading!!! Gotta run – book #3 is calling!!

#3 – Deliciously Obedient
A Sensational Finale to this Incredible Series!!

Lydia resigns from her job in Iceland and returns to the family campground that she had previously worked so hard to escape. Jeremy accompanies her, as she works to figure out where she is going with her life.

The relationships continue to take center stage; from the support of her family and friends, to the romance that continues to evolve: “Are you crying?” he said in a hoarse voice, the closest sound he seemed capable of making that sounded like panic in his tone. “Did I hurt you?” He peeled off her in an inventory. “My God, Lydia, I –.“ “No, no,” she reassured him. “Not tears of pain.” “Of what, then?” “Hope.”

A delightful unveiling of the changes in Mike, some truths about Jeremy, a family crisis and a final decision which will impact the futures of all involved. You will definitely enjoy this series – and I recommend you read in order!!

Maliciously Obedient
Oh my! Lydia has been working on project she hopes will propel her higher up the ranks at her company, only to come in one day to find that she isn't going to be given the chance to show what she can do, and someone, a sexy someone has been parachuted into a job that she'd been trying to create.

Mike, or Matt, is the top dog of his company and wants to make it so he makes it to billionaire status. He is talked into doing a reality tv show and pretends he's someone else.

Lydia's introduction to Matt is turbulent? and

To say that Lydia is carrying out orders to letter is an understatement! She is a right firecracker and not one to mess around. Matt has ticked her off and shes getting her own.

Great beginning...hate the sudden ending!

Suspiciously Obedient
While Lydia high tails it to Iceland, Mike disappears. Jeremy is sent to take care of Lydia and make sure she's safe. When they head to a club, dancing gets out of hand and Lydia realizes not everyone believes Diane is on the film.

Lydia has some thinking to do and decide what and where, and maybe who!

Do they follow orders obediently or?

Deliciously obedient
As usual, all good things come to an end. Lydia realizes she needs to go home to sort herself out. So home she goes, and amazingly Jeremy goes as well. Mike is still MIA, and people are starting to get worried.

Lydia is starting to realize she likes them both immensely and knows she can't chose between them.

Lets just say things get particularly interesting when Mike resurfaces!

I really enjoyed this trilogy! The stories were amazing and the characters were awesome.

First off, let me say, judging a book by it's cover is a big mistake in this case (especially if you are looking for a certain type of book.) I didn't read the blurb about this box set, so I went in thinking it was going to be similar to other 'Fifty Shades' type of books..based solely on the title and cover. I've read the Shopping for a Billionaire and Random Acts series by this author and loved them. (Loved the humor.) I assumed this was going to be a different style for her. Thought it was going to be more serious or subdued. Boy was I wrong! It was so much better! :) As I mentioned already, I love humor in my books, and this one had it plenty. If you are familiar with the authors other books, you know her humor. The humor isn't as silly/outrageous as it is in the other series', but it's there. It has that billionaire aspect, but the money the man(men) have isn't as thrown in your face as many billionaire romances. The guy didn't whisk the girl away on his private jet or anything like that. It wasn't over flowing with unnecessary sex scenes. Don't get me wrong, there was A LOT of it mentioned and talked about, but the actually act was very minimal and well played out. Just the right amount and at the right times. The deeper theme to the story line is a bit taboo. A three person relationship. It's well written and reads easily and smoothly. I would recommend it for mature audiences because of the sexual nature.

The Obedient Series has all the hallmarks of Julia Kent romances. Sizzling sex, magnificently built alpha males and seductive ladies but what makes this series brilliant is the combination of all these factors plus beautifully complicated friendships and families.

The story has all of the above and sets the scene for this unconventional romance series, particularly when you factor in the reality TV plot, where Michael Bournham aka Matt Jones takes on the role of Social Media Director at his own company, slamming the door on this prime job to our heroin Lydia Charles all in the name of Television.

Add in the tempestuous and tempting relationship that develops between Matt / Michael, Jeremy and Lydia and you can't help loving this series. A threesome bound to ignite the readers passionate side but sure to have you absorbed in this series.

This series may not be in the same vein as Julia Kents 'Shopping Series' but definitely stands on its own merits, making readers love another set of her incredibly likeable characters.

Lydia is no Darla but the girl knows what she wants and she set out to give Michael and Jeremy exactly what they crave.

This box set includes three Julia Kent books: USA Today bestseller Maliciously Obedient, and the books Suspiciously Obedient and Deliciously Obedient. More than 800 pages of hot, hilarious romance.

Book One – Romance between Lydia and her boss Mike who is really the owner of the company undercover for a reality show. They begin a romance
Book Two – After a sex tape goes viral Mike sends Lydia to Iceland to escape the media and he sends his BBF Jeremy to watch over her. He does too good of a job and they become involved. The media catches up with them in Iceland and a media storm begins.
Book Three – Lydia and Jeremy return to Maine and her parents campground and find Mike there camping under another name. They sift through lots of emotions and experiment with being a trio.
As per Julia Kent style these books are well written with strong story lines and interesting characters. IMO the box set is the best way to buy these three books since they inter wine. I voluntarily reviewed this box set

I received a free boxed set and voluntarily chose to review it. This set is not as funny as the author’s Shopping series but it still held my interest. I will warn you that there is a lot of sex. There are a couple of scenes that are really funny.

This was a great boxed set and I really enjoyed it , however quite often I found myself skipping to get to more of the story and interaction between characters because it tended to be too descriptive and long winded . I still would recommend it ☺

More humor than obedience

I did enjoy this series but found more humor and less obedience than I’m used to. Lydia’s family is )those that we meet) are quite the characters.

I love Julia Kent's books. There is not one I have bought I have not liked. i love the fact that you can get the Obedient series in one boxed set....

Maliciously Obedient:This book has introduces us to Lydia and Matt/Michael. If you have seen the show Undercover Boss you get the idea on what Michael was suppose to be doing at the office. ONLY things got a bit out of hand, and on camera no less.
If you are familiar with Random Acts books and Jeddy's then you have met Madge who happens to be Lydia's Grandma.

Suspiciously Obedient: In book 2.... Lydia and Matt/Michael are "finishing up" in the office and he manages to get her out of the office and down the stairs (yep stairs since the elevators have cameras close to them) without any cameras being able to see her face. She has no idea that everything has been caught on camera so off they go to dinner. Michael figures he has one last night with the love of his life because he knows he already is in love with her. So he takes her out to this really high dollar place to eat then back to her place and of course makes love to her. Nice and sweet right, Well, then he cuts out by sending her a text when she falls asleep saying he did not feel good and works on sending her clear across the world before the tapes release for all the world to see.

This book is more about Jeremy his best friend and Lydia. We get to see them come together and fall in love. We see how life falls apart for Michael....Or is it?

Deliciously Obedient: This is the last book in the series but don't worry I am sure we will hear about this group sometime in another books somewhere down the line (true to Julia Kent form *which i love**). So Lydia and Jeremy are in Maine and Mike is there as well. Madge is in the hospital and we all get to see Alex (Ed's grandson who we know from a Random book) and every is rallying around the family.
What will happen with the Lydia, Jeremy and Mike? Better yet what will the family think about Mike being under their noses the entire month what will they think about their daughter's choice in her relationship?

As with all of Julia Kent's books they are hot as fire and she ties them up nicely and not one of those bam the book is over endings either! Great series and Now I am going to go re-read all the Random Acts books because now I can't remember if Caleb hooked up with anyone yet and it is driving me crazy. Grab all of the books and read them. All of them are good and they all have some cross over into each other which makes them fun. And of course if you have not read the Shopping for a Billionaire Series this is the perfect time to get in on that fun as a new book is due soon.

*I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I am truly In Love with everything that Julia Kent writes! This boxed set was no exception.

Why only four stars you ask? Well, here's the deal: I am typically somewhat forgiving when it comes to spelling, grammatical, and other editing errors. I'm trying to figure out if it was just because this was an advanced "editor's" copy or if these books really had SO many editing errors...

Okay, then why are you awarding even four stars, you may be wondering? I have read so many of Julia's other works and editing oversights were virtually non-existent. Therefore, I am inclined to believe that the advanced copies are just that, advanced "editor's" copies.

That being said, on to the good stuff... The heroine, Lydia, was a complex and engaging character that I could see myself hanging out and chatting with over Caleb's delectable desserts! She was independent, confident, and driven, but also hilarious, passionate and open-minded. The hero (jerk/hottie) from the first book "Maliciously Obedient" made me curse as much as swoon. The hero from the second book "Suspiciously Obedient" was somewhat kooky and yet so sweet, as well as humble and determined that I had no doubt he could help Lydia overcome the protective barriers she had built. By the third book, "Deliciously Obedient," the characters have grown through self-reflection and finally, complete honesty, that you can't help but find yourself truly rooting for them. The love they share becomes tangible!

I am in awe and respect of how Julia handles the Threesome aspect of the story. This type of story is not something that I ever would have thought I would enjoy reading. However, I am open-minded and was willing to give it a shot. The Obedient series is not Julia's only threesome story-line and if you appreciate the way it is handled in this boxed set (really just the third installment "Deliciously Obedient") then I highly recommend "Her Billionaires" and "Random Acts of Crazy." Truthfully, I highly recommend everything that Julia has written. The sass, and comedy as well as the emotional pulls, often times keep me reading until time to get up and get ready for work the next morning or at least have me dragging in hooked up to my caffeine drip ;-)

I loved getting to hear about a few characters from some of Julia's other series', some were named and others were simply eluded too (I squealed)!

So, if you are a long time fan of Julia like me, or if you are brand-new to the genre/reading/author alike, I say keep an open-mind and give it a shot. You will be so glad you did!

I loved this series. I loved that I was able to read it all, without having to wait for the next book to come out. Julia Kent does it again, she has the ability to take something that would possible be viewed as unconventional or 'frowned upon' and flip it around to make it so beautiful and sweet that you want what they have, lol. These books are centred around career driven Lydia, bad boy lothario CEO Mike and his bestfriend seasoned traveller Jeremy. The three books span over 2 months and takes you on an emotional and beautifully hilarious journey on a tale of what the heart wants. Something in life, things that matter the most just cant be put in a box. (No pun intended ;) )
Maliciously Obedient follows the story of Lydia & Mike
Suspiciously Obedient follows Lydia & Jeremy
Deliciously Obedient follows Lydia, Mike & Jeremy.

I don't want to give too much of these stories away, as it needs to be read to be appreciated and loved as much as I do. The only problem I have with these books is, that I don't want them to end. I loved the character appearances from her other series 'Her Billionaires' & 'Random Acts'. Madge is just the best character ever, that lady needs a book of her own, lol. Once again I had tears streaming down my face, because I was laughing too much again. All I'm going to say is 'Borwn chicken, Brown cow'. You are completely leaving yourself hanging if you don't read this series, to me Julia Kent is an amazing and hilarious author, I've read and will continue to read every book she ever publishes because she is that good.

You get 3 books in 1. How lucky are you! You will follow Lydia through her journey to find love. They are filled with love, laughter, sexual tension, and a HUGE range of emotions that will leave you unable to put this down until there is no more to be read.

In the first book, Lydia falls for the guy that took her job... but he has a secret. It will be nailbitingly good reading how Matt and Lydia make their relationship work... until it doesn't. Something happens to make it so that they are now apart. You will have to read to find out what.

In the second book, Lydia has taken a job overseas (that Matt/Mike has set up to get her away from the meda storm). Matt/Mike sends along a friend to keep an eye on her and to keep her safe (Jeremy). Jermeys idea of keeping her safe and mine are two different things lol. Lydia starts to fall for Jermey. Will she? Read to find out!

The third book, everyone is back at Lydia familys campground... together. Lydia has a hard choice to make... Mike or Jermey. That is a hard choice until the possibility of a threesome is brought up. What will happen?

This box set cover the complete series so there are no cliffy's. I read the series as a whole and back to back.

The first part, Maliciously Obedient focuses on Mike and Lydia. This is the wittiest of all three books for me and I just loved the chemistry and snappy banter between them. The second part, Suspiciously Obedient focuses on Jeremy and Lydia and for me they have a much softer connection and it has a more of an emotional feel to it. Finally, the third part, encompasses Mike, Lydia and Jeremy and we get to read the conclusion to their story. I really liked the first book and was glad that the second book, had a slightly different flavour to it but while I enjoyed the third, I would have loved it to have had a little more of it where we got to see them three of them together.

I really enjoyed the story overall. It was a gradual build so I really enjoyed watching the different relationships build up and see how they are interconnected with each other. There was a really rich supporting cast that added depth and background to the story.

I was gifted a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Books about triads are usually not my favorites, but this isn't the first one I have read by Julia Kent. She handles it with fun and flair.
The first book in the series deals with Mike and Lydia and their blossoming relationship. Lydia and Mike work at the same company and Lydia feels Mike has stolen her job, but she is still seriously attracted to him. Mike is actually the CEO of the company working undercover. Suffice it to say that things happen and Lydia is sent away to get away from the press. Mike sends Jeremy to keep an eye on her.
Book two is about Lydia and Jeremy and how their relationship grows. They come to depend on each other and develop a bond that is different than what Lydia has with Mike.
Book three finds them all together at Lydia's family's campground. This book is really emotional and there is a lot of love, anger, and confusion floating around. This book really shows how they grow to support and care about one another. There are also some steamy sex scenes. These books aren't dark by any means, there are lots of hilarious happenings to keep it lighter. I loved all these, and love how she manages to take a delicate topic and handle it with flair.

Somehow I had missed the Obedient series, but this has to be one of Julia's absolute best. Her descriptive prose puts you in the scene as well as a movie. Lydia is such a good character, to quote the book “She was confounding and mysterious, feisty and incorrigible, exciting and passionate". And she was in over her head, and didn't know how to process as the situations flowed so rapidly. Luckily she lives with her snarky Grandma who knows way too much about sex and today's goings on. Her best friend Krista is there for her too, although I think Krista does get a little jealous. I like Mike, in his final form at least. But, I love Jeremy. He has been underestimated for so long and undervalued, when he is such a great human being (when he's not drinking or in jail at least).

Finally, I'm so glad this is a box set, I couldn't imagine having to wait for installments. This book is funny, exciting, infuriating, transporting, but most of all satisfying. 5 Bright Shiny Stars!

After reading Maliciously Obedient I can honestly say its so much better than I thought it would be. I imagined a book about dominate men and submissive women and I'm not really into that but this...this was something I loved. Lydia is a smart, driven, business woman stuck in a position for which she is completely over qualified. Matt is the new coworker that just stole her promotion. He is demanding, irritating, sexy and has a huge secret. What follows is a story that had me reading well past my bed time. I sympathized with Lydia as she struggled to remain professional in unfair situations. I commiserated with Matt as he regretted his choices. And I was thrilled when they finally gave in to their desires! Julia Kent has a writing style that has you laughing hysterically one moment and drying tears the next. I can't wait to read the rest of this series!

I received this set from the author for an honest review.

Three books in one, your emotions will change throughout these books, I kept changing who I was hoping Lydia would end up with just the same way she did.
Jeremy, Michael and Lydia go through big changes in their lifestyles and life. Lydia is sent overseas by Michael where his best friend Jeremy is, he is there to protect her. While he takes his job very seriously he finds himself falling in love with her much to Michael's dislike.
While we get to see Lydia have her story with both men separately, it's what happens later that makes them all question their lifestyle. I don't want to say too much or it will give the story away, while this is the first time I have read a story like this, I really enjoyed it just as much as I love all of Julia's books.

Julia Kent always writes a great book. I have read all three of these books individually and having them in a boxed set is awesome so they are all in one. The best part is, if you haven't read these books before then you don't have to wait for each one to be released to get to the end of the story. Lydia, Mike and Jeremy have a very interesting and as always with Julia, humorous way to get to happily ever after. The best part of their story is that it includes characters from the Her Billionaires series of books because Madge is Lydia's grandmother. Mike is the more uptight of the two men and has a hard time being more carefree while Jeremy is more a recluse who is afraid to commit to being in one place all the time. Lydia becomes the glue that holds them all together. This is a great read and great to have all the stories together.

This was a great read from Julia I loved Lydia and Jeremy but I wasn't to keen on Mike he was a bit up himself at times and bugged me most of the time, would love to read about the other characters in the story like Krysta and Celeb and Miles didn't read much about the other brothers but them too.
Sometimes the books with reading them altogether it was a bit longwinded and couldn't wait to get through it to find out what was going to happen but some books are like that don't let it put you off reading.
I love to hear about Madge and Ed also was good to read about Alex Ed's son the Doc who's with Josie from Its Complicated

This was a funny, sweet, sensual, and emotional ride that I didn't want to get off. A story written as only Julia Kent can. I loved the cast of characters in these books. I hope we see more of them in future books, especially Krysta and Caleb (what happens there?). I really liked the development of the relationships between Lydia & Mike and Lydia & Jeremy separately, allowing Lydia to truly know what she wants instead of throwing a threesome at her from the start. It helped me learn to love both men as well, even though Mike is my favorite ;).

Mike, Lydia, and Jeremy have an unusual and very rocky road to traverse. These three struggle to get all the puzzle pieces to fit in a real life way. . What started out as a huge disaster that just keeps on going will evolve and keep you turning the pages as you fall in love with these guys! The unconditional love of family and friends shine throughout the series Julia Kent excels in her story telling with humor and down to earth emotion. I loved it from start to finish and had a real hard time putting it down.

loved all those books which I have read by Julia Kent and this series is no exception.
While unlike her others, this took me some time to be hooked but once I was in, I was in until the end. The relationship between the 3 main characters takes you on many twists and turns, and you are regularly guessing what is going to happen next. The advantage to having all 3 books in one set means you are left without a wait or cliffhanger.

ARC honest opinion. I enjoy reading Julia Kent's books. This is is a bit different and quite interesting book
Lydia, Michael and Jeremy. 3 people who fall in love, conflicted feelings lots of emotion. Lydia doesn't know how to process all these conflicted feelings she has for two men. Michael sends Lydia overseas to his best friend to protect her. Jeremy takes his job quite seriously and also falls hard for Lydia. Definitely a spicy type of love story. Recommend 5 star.

Julia has proven herself as a writer of all types. Her writing style is simple, sweet & sexy. Her characters are hot & complex. It was interesting to read about Lydia & her connections with both Mike & Jeremy. The plot had twists & turns to keep you interested & fully involved. I'm glad I read it as a boxed set so I didn't have to deal with the cliffhangers & the wait between books. Another great job by Julia!
