Olivia Page has moved home to Lover's leap Colorado and right back in close contact with her best friend's brother and her teen crush. She is literally a walking disaster and often seems to find herself in precarious situations. She's trying to live a little and start a new life in her home town.
Colton Brody is a wounded Marine vet turned firefighter who is working hard to rejoin the Corps. He's got plans and they do not involve staying home or having a relationship. But he finds a spark with her. And they are both craving a bit of sexy times, but don't want attachments..or don't think they do...
A fling...a set expiration date...no feelings...no change in their friendship or with his family....It can work, right?
She's a good, sweet, goofy girl, but lets her wild side free with him. They share a witty rapport and humor. He's serious, focused, and likes control, but she distracts him and brings out emotions in him. He's always been a playboy and has never been the type to settle down. He lives for adrenaline and does not let anything stop him. He's got a bit of a bad boy edge, dirty talking mouth, but is finding out that he has a weakness too.
Will they find a way to make it work or will they crash and burn?
This was a fast, sweet, funny romantic read. I laughed out loud at some of the antics and humorous situations. Olivia and Colt were funny and likable. I could feel their connection and chemistry. I liked getting both of their points of view.
The side characters especially her friend and his sister, Daisy and their brother, Tucker added comic relief, ass kicking, and advice. There are a few more brothers, Blake and Dylan, and a cousin Seth who could also be the subject of more books in this series. The brothers especially all seem to have women problems and Daisy seems to have her own issues as well.

The Bad Boys Temptation trilogy by Lili Valente
This was a fast-paced, quick and easy read with plenty of steam and a bit of drama thrown in for good measure.
Olivia has returned to Lovers Leap to take over her sisters shop following her passing and literally falls into the arms of her childhood crush, Colton, who just happens to be her best friends older brother.
Colton is preparing to return to the marines after injury forced him to early retirement and isn't looking for a relationship, or even a fling, let alone with someone so close to the family. Sadly, he's no match for the proposal Olivia tosses at him and he very quickly succumbs to temptation.
While these two have known each other since childhood, it was very much an insta-lust/love situation. There were fun times had by all, and the coffin race fascinated me to no end. The sexy times and dirty-talk had me fanning myself and I did overall enjoy the book. As I said earlier, it was an easy read, heavy on the light, with minimal drama.

Olivia returns to her home town after her sisters death. Promising herself that she is going to start living carefree and live in the moment. That's is when her child hood crush walks back into her life. Colton Brody, hot, muscled and an ex marine. With the possibility of Colton reenlisting there is only one thing Phoebe wants to do. Have a hot, no strings attached fling. But what happens when one wants more then just the fling?
What I liked most about this story is that is was very real. The characters were easy to relate to, and their "relationship" was realistic in every sense of what a fling is. But like most realities one person tends to develop more feelings for the other one. This story was no exception.
Whats not to love about a hot, muscled marine and where can I find one? Yeah..I would love me a hot marine.

This book is the perfect mix of funny, sexy, and sweet! There are so many laugh out loud moments between Olivia locking herself out of her house, turkey bowling and the coffin races, it will leave you with tears in your eyes!
I really loved reading about a hero who wasn't physically perfect. Colton was a Marine, he has scars and injuries because of that but the author embraced those. That just make him an even better hero. Olivia was hard not to love. I don't know how a girl could have so much bad luck. It followed her around like a shadow! That just made for some pretty funny moments.
This was a fantastic feel good book. It's light-hearted with lovable characters. This isn't the type of books that is full of drama and angst. I am looking forward to the next book in the series.

A good story. I’m glad I read it all at once though. It wouldn’t have made sense in three parts. Also, I haven’t listened to many fiction books that were read by the author, but this was the first time it worked. I loved Both Lili’s writing and her narration.

I read Girl Good vs. Bad Boy and loved it so I was excited when I found out it was going to be turned into a serial series. And to have Lili Valente in on the action, I knew it was going to have some added heat...
Olivia has had a crush on her best friend's older brother since she was a pre-teen. She hasn't seen Colt since she was fifteen, and he was eighteen headed off to the Marines. But, now they were both back in their small hometown, and Olivia is not a kid anymore. She is a woman that knows what she wants. And she wants him. Even if it could only be for a few months...
Colt swore off women the minute he found out that he could return to the marines. He needed to concentrate on his training and not on drinking and hooking up with women around town. But right now, the only woman he wants is off-limits. Olivia is his sister's best friend. The one he has known for his whole life. He could see that look in her eyes. The one with naughtiness behind them. He also knows he would break her heart. And maybe his own. He was leaving in a few months, and wasn't planning on coming back anytime soon. But when she proposes a deal, will he say yes?
Like I said, I loved these characters from Good Girl vs. Bad Boy and with the added touches, I love them even more. The writing has different style to it even when it's the same story so it was not just a repeat to me. I am also really bad about remembering details so the cliffhanger is still a cliffhanger to me in some way. Ha.
I can't wait to see how the next book heats up. And it's not just sexy but it's funny as well. Damn, humping unicorns.

The Bad Boy's Seduction is the second book in the Bedding the Bad Boy serial series. It was originally a full-length novel called Good Girl vs Bad Boy, which I read and loved. And that was before Lili added her naughtiness and made it even steamier. I am a fan of novella and serial series' so I was excited it was re-worked with some added yumminess...
It starts exactly where the first book ended. With Colton spiraling. Not only because of Olivia either. She might be the unluckiest girl he has ever known but she is lucky when it counts. And he needed that at the moment. Anyway...Colton wanted Olivia but he also didn't want to hurt her. She might have given him the go ahead if he wanted a friends with benefits relationship but he is not sure if she could handle that since he was leaving in a few months. But without her knowing it, he was tempting her and he couldn't take it anymore. He wanted her naked. Throughly sated. And wanting more...
Colton made Olivia feel safe, sexy, beautiful, and powerful. She felt alive. She knew this relationship wasn't going past the bedroom and it wouldn't even be that in a few months but still wanted him. Over and over again. But when mixed signals come into play things start to feel real. Can they keep this casual, ruin their friendship or go towards more?
I love Colton and Olivia. They are so funny, flirty, and filthy! The added scenes were perfect additions to the story. There is a dream scene that made me crack up and get hot and bothered at the same time.
Overall...it's a sexy, fun, and fast read. And now, I will go and read the conclusion!

It picks up right where The Boy Boy's Seduction ended. Colton and Olivia are about to get dirty! They have had a few fun days of friends with benefits sex but feelings are creeping in. They are both scared, and excited at the same time. They don't know what the other is thinking. The last thing Colt wants is to hurt Olivia, the sweet girl turned sex kitten. He is suppose to leave soon but he doesn't want to leave her. Will he choose love over the marines? Or will he find a way to have both?
This series gets sexier, sweeter, and funnier as it goes. Humping Unicorns, coffin races, and some hilarious moments in between and even hotter ones. I am really hoping for some spin-offs. There are some characters that would make some great stories.

BOOK 1 -- I loved Good Girl VS. Bad Boy which was an original release by Jessie Evans. Now her erotic alter ego, Lili Valente, has taken the story in hand giving us The Bad Boy's Temptation turning up the heat and making me love it even more, and I didn't believe that was even possible.
Colton has spent his life preparing for and becoming a Marine. It's all he wants to be and all he knows. But after being discharged due to a serious injury, he returns to his home town to heal and takes a job as a firefighter. But his focus remains on proving he can return to serving his country leaving him no interest or time for relationships or affairs of the heart. Olivia has been crushing on her best friend's big brother for as long as she can remember. When she is unexpectedly rescued by him, falling straight into his arms, all the old emotions begin to resurface. Only now she is a grown woman lying in his strong, sexy arms. Despite his realization that the gorgeous woman he just saved is his little sister’s best friend, he begins to feel a stirring of attraction as well as a connection with her which he has never felt before. In spite of the fires igniting between them, they both agree a "lovey-dovey" relationship isn't what they are looking for. Soon both Colton and Olivia begin to fear that “casual” may not be possible as Olivia’s longstanding crush grows even stronger, and Colton begins to realize that Olivia is touching his heart in ways he has never before experienced. The chemistry between Colt and Liv continues right through to the end as they bring forth from each other feelings and emotions they had never before experienced with anyone else. It was fun to see the "bad boy" show he had a sensitive, loving and caring side that only Liv could bring out, and on the flip side how the “good girl” expressed her uninhibited sexual passions which was something only Colt could draw from her. But as they both continue to feel themselves falling deeper in love, they wonder whether they will ever be able to stop. Though Colt has always seen Liv as a sweet good girl, now that he has tasted her passion he is certain he will never be able to let her go. But will Liv ever know for sure that Colt's heart truly belongs to her or is he simply just passing the time before he once again leaves home to return to the Marines?
As with the first two books in this series, the fun and entertaining banter between these characters continues once again making me literally giggle out loud. The undeniable connection these two souls have seemingly always had has finally clawed its way to the surface intertwining their hearts forever. This collaboration between Lili Valente and Jessie Evans has made this a definite must read. The support characters also bring more fun to this story, and I'm hoping we will see more from this series as I have loved spending time with them all.

The undeniable connection these two souls have seemingly always had has finally clawed its way to the surface intertwining their hearts forever. This collaboration between Lili Valente and Jessie Evans has made this a definite must read. The support characters also bring more fun to this story, and I'm hoping we will see more from this series as I have loved spending time with them all.

They each balanced each other perfectly and I couldn't get enough of these two.

I'm addicted to serials and cliffhangers and Lili Valente is the Queen. It's hot, sweet, funny and addicting. Olivia is back in town after being gone for a while and the first person she runs into is her best friend's brother. Her childhood crush. Colton Brody is still the same sexy, bad boy he always was. He's back home after being discharged from the military, working as a firefighter. It's not permanent and he's just waiting to go back. Loved this book right from the first page. Laughing so much at work while reading that I had to explain myself. Then almost couldn’t even do that as explaining what was making me laugh made me laugh even more! Completely loved the authors’ style of writing and will definitely be checking out what else she has written.
OMG what else can go wrong for Olivia within minutes of waking up!?! But hey if it gets you half naked into the arms of your hot high school crush – who only seems to have gotten hotter – then it can’t be all bad.
Olivia is back in her hometown Lover’s Leap and can’t wait to start over fresh again after the death of her sister. Her plan is to set up a shop and try to live life to the full, with no regrets, like her sister would have wanted her to. She seriously has some bad luck though with falling off things, which is where the lovely Colton comes in to the rescue. He seems like just the right man to try out her new no regrets, live life to the full way of life on.
Colton is back in Lover’s Leap after being discharged from the Marines having been wounded in action. For over a year now he has been bidding his time and trying to get back in shape so that he can go back into the marines. While at the same time also being a fireman – he can rescue me any day! That has been his plan and nothing and no one is going to stop him. Well that is until Olivia falls into his arms not once but twice in one day. She definitely knows how to make a lasting impression (humping unicorn pj’s will do that). When she says that she is just looking for some fun while he is still in town he doesn’t know whether to jump right in or hang back, as he gets the feeling things will never just be simple between them.

Olivia definitely knows how to get under Colton’s skin and once she is there he starts to think that he wants her to stay forever. Once they start down this road nothing will be the same again – so sit back and hold on for a fun bumpy ride.
Completely fell in love with the town they live in – frozen turkey bowling, coffin races – I so want to live there, just brilliant! Fantastic characters, loved their personalities, I have to say they are some of the best I have read. We pick up where the last book left off, when Colton fell and was heading into the frozen lake, with no way to stop himself. He has resigned himself to the fact that he is going to end up in the frozen lake water and could be taking his last breaths. I laughed out loud when Olivia ended up saving his life by throwing herself at him to stop his momentum and then she almost chokes to death.
There are a lot of very hilarious situations between these two, that makes you wonder if they are just full of bad luck, such as the stuck zipper. You definitely will want to read this if you like fun along with your sexy times. I just love the writing of this storyline and look forward to the last part of their story.

This book has plenty of sexy times as well as a lot of laughs along the way. I just love the way this storyline unfolded.

Their first meeting as adults is hilarious and the sparks fly immediately. A friendly competitive race turns into a racy bet and then a dramatic end that you'll be clamoring for book 2 to find out what happens. So you can dive right in.
Colt and Olivia's relationship heats up in Book 2 and both have stronger feelings than they are willing to admit. It's tough to fall for your best friend's brother who is leaving in two months. What's a girl to do? And for a guy who loves 'em and leaves 'em - he's not used to having such strong feelings. Friends with benefits is getting complicated.
My favorite lines from this one are:

The moment I noticed this cover I was instantly pulled in to read the blurb. A good girl going up against a bad boy she’s known her entire life, count me in. What I did not expect was the raw emotion that Jessie Evans would give us as well. This book absorbed my full attention from start to finish. I just had to know what went down next.
Luckily, Jessie Evans gave us as much funny as hell and hot and steamy as she did serious. Her lead Phoebe just couldn’t keep herself from getting into one funny predicament after another. I was constantly wiping my tears from laughing at what Phoebe Page said or did. Jessie Evans did a fantastic job at keeping this story fun with some real life situations tangled in the mix.

What woman would want the man she has crushed on since she was a child to catch her in his arms only to have him not know who she was at first? I was mortified for Phoebe and laughing my butt off at how it went down. Poor girl is all I can say.

Could this get any worse?! Colton, doesn't recognize her at first and gives her a hard time about breaking into the house! Finally he helps her right herself and then realizes who it is.

The Bad Boy's Temptation Trilogy is an amazingly sweet love story. Olivia has returned to her home town to take over her late sister’s store, and Colton is back home but trying to get back to active duty in the Marines after the loss of one of his legs. Daisy is Olivia’s best friend and Colton’s sister. The three of them were thick as thieves when they were younger and Olivia had a serious crush on Colton. Now as adults, these two have some serious chemistry…so the question is will they act on it , will they just be friends with benefits, what will happen if Colton goes back to the Marines, and how will her best friend react. This was another amazing story by Lili Valente. Love Olivia and Colton!!!

This was a great trilogy. Kind of like a long book. The characters were the same throughout. The Valente-comedy was there is full force. The story line was excellent and the way Lili tells a story, you feel like you are right there. Colton and Olivia and the additional characters, Colton's family, make for a fun book with not only humor and romance, but a touch of the personal dynamics of Colton's family and the small town. Lili Valente not only writes wonderful stories, but is also an awesome narrator. I wonder which came first, the writer or the narrator. I don't know if it is because she wrote the book, but she does an excellent job narrating. Loved the whole package.

This was a three in one book about the love of Colton and Olivia. Olivia is back home due to the death of her sister where she runs into her old time crush, Colton. They grew to love each other after making a 'friends with benefits' agreement. We all know what happens, they fall deep in love. I enjoy this story line, the characters, sexual tension and sex scenes. This was a good reads.
