Just a super enjoyable read. Now we have moved on to see 1st hand how the new D/s relationship is forming. As expected, some ups and downs for the couple but enjoyable to live thru it from Brie's perspective. I love that we are learning along with her and trying to figure out the Dom's reasons and lessons. I was thinking about why I love hearing only one POV. This book is a perfect example of how invested you can get digging deep into one character, as if it was yourself, how we learn only what the character learns. Just like in life we only learn through our experiences. We dont get the luxury of multiple POV to see all the reasons the characters in our lives do what they do. This would be a whole different book if we had multiple POV and in my opinion it would have lost its charm. Obviously, some books require more points of view to be great & I over simplified my opinion...but that's me.

I've been getting into dark romances recently and I will admit, I love this series way better than I enjoyed the Fifty Shades series! I love Brie's character development, the mystery surrounding Sir, the erotic theme going on, and I can't wait to find out what happens next! Much as I'd like to hear more about the . . . um . . . 'encounters' between Brie and Sir, I'd love to know how Brie develops into her documentary career--does that happen? Or will she kinda' do what Bella and Edward did in the Twilight Saga, when they basically stood up leaning against each other in their relationship? I have to know! So far, I love the writing style and think this is the best book I've read this year--even though I've only read 4 books total (and yes, it's only 9 days into January).

I know I've said it before but I truly dislike Sir/Thane and always thought Brie and Tono a better fit. Rereading this section just reminded me of that,
Anyway, the thing that keeps me reading this series is my love for Brie, she just gets under your skin and makes you love her!

I have a lot of thoughts. I knew Tono wasn't a good match for Brie so that didn't upset me I agree with his father Brie would've wanted more she's new and wants to explore.

Faelen uh I didn't love him for an option and then when he went into an interview with Mary and she was making those sounds I instantly disliked him my heart broke for her. We end up finding out about what happened and it makes Mary seem worse because it was planned she wanted to sabotage their relationship. I always disliked Mary she never had a character redemption in my eyes just because you have a hard life doesn't make it okay to be a bitch.

Marquis wasn't an option because 1. he has a submissive and isn't wanting another and apparently the trainers aren't an option which brings me to my next problem. This isn't a problem with the book but with the way the school is ran. Trainers should NOT be having sex with their students I thought Marquis might be having feeling for Brie so I was surprised to find out he's in a relationship. I understand they have had sex and that complicates things but that is exactly why they shouldn't. There are plenty of willing Doms to help train subs.

So Sir ended up being the only option for Brie. I have said I don't like Sir and their relationship and I stand by that I didn't like that they had sex and then he just ignored her and acted like it was nothing. And I didn't like that she acted like a high school girl going after her teacher. When it came to the collaring ceremony when Brie went on stage to hand the collar to Sir I thought she was just doing it because she didn't want either of her options. But then she cried and ran off stage in embarrassment...there was a conversation before that the trainers weren't an option why was she surprised he said no? I am glad they were able to work it out because as the book goes she explores more kinks which is exactly what she was looking for. I wish Sir had groveled more after the way he has treated her.

I really said I wasn't going to like her choosing Sir but I changed my mind very quickly lol. I am a little interested to continue the series but who knows when that will be. I'm still wondering how we have enough plot for 23 books and apparently the author is writing like a part 2 to the series the first one comes out late December maybe it's not about Brie I don't know.

This is the third and final book in the boxed set that I got. In this story, Brie is all set to graduate from her submissive training, and decides instead of exploring the new community of which she is a part of, she would rather be "collared" to one Dom. As much as I hate to agree with anything Mary (someone who has been a bit of a bitch throughout the story) I felt Brie was an idiot. Why rush into something without fully exploring what your new world holds?

Anyway. Stuff happens during her graduation ceremony, and while she does end up collared it wasn't to the person I expected.

In my honest opinion, this story really begins to flow and explore its potential when Brie is finally collared. That is where the author begins to really explore the dynamic of the full-time BDSM lifestyle. Speaking to Brie's naivety, she quickly makes mistakes (one of which even I saw coming from a mile away), but I enjoy watching her and her chosen Dom work through them.

I am sure that there are some people who will very much enjoy this story (as evidenced by the numerous 4 and 5 star reviews), however it is very doubtful at this point if I will continue on with this series. Some of the potential I was hoping for began to shine through with this one, but after the first two I am hesitant to take a chance.

I read this as the three book set Brie's submission that I got free off of book bub but posted them separate so I would get credit for reading three books.

I know BDMS is not for me as I have different kinks and would find the lifestyle too intense (I have other things to do with my life)

BDMS novels are always a good escape novel for me, I really enjoy the Sub/Dom relationship, and find these books are well written and explore many aspects of the Sub/Dom relationship (even a bad one). The scenes are well played out and many different aspects are explored. How the sub has total control over each scene it would be very empowering and thrilling, The idea of putting total trust into a person, sharing everything and not feeling judged for it would make for an amazing relationship.

I recommend this set to anyone who got a taste of the BDMS lifestyle with (I don't even like to say it as there is no comparison) 50 shaded of gray this is a much better introduction and will tempt your tastebuds even more to explore and maybe even adopt a touch of it in your life.

Looking forward to reading more in this series.

I loved the first two and half books in this series. They were very well thought out and the relationships between the characters worked well.
HOWEVER... The author lost me with Thane's punishment for Brie over the run in with Faelen. Kneeling on uncooked rice? In my opinion, that is abuse. Thane lost my respect as a Dom, a boyfriend, a lover and a man with that simple act. I don't think I can read the rest of the series.
In no way do I consider myself an expert on the lifestyle, but when I read that, I immediately googled BDSM punishments and was STUNNED to see that this is acceptable. What?
I always try to put myself into the place of the characters and it's a nice way to escape, but I actually felt sick when I read that.
The book almost redeemed itself with the scenes at the end, but I feel like trust was lost there.
And maybe I'm overreacting, but I take my erotica seriously, and this was just too much.

I was hesitant to read this third book after reading the second book in the series, but I was pleased in having done so.
We see the story pick up in pace- in an attempt to be as vague as possible: there is resolution of an ongoing conflict; a new relationship is forming; we see new growth and patterns in characters; discover important and interesting backstories; and are introduced to some excitement, mainly through character actions and dynamics. Not to mention, the story ends with a very promising lead into the next book, making me want to read on.

It's hard to say which one--Sir, Tono, and Faelan--stole this book more for me. I love the decision Brie made a the collaring ceremony and how it turned out. There was definitely an expected twist when it came to how the evening played out. Without giving anything away, I really enjoyed reading more about the dynamics between Brie and her chosen dom. Then, the added complication of the one she didn't choose added a level of excitement all on its own. I can't wait to read more about their next adventures overseas. Another 4.5 stars!

Honestly was great until the end. She made a big deal of masters needing to support her career and dreams and then at the end she chooses Thane? And he resignes??!! The blatant disregard for for her masters life, someone she claims to love but she litter it caused him to get fired to be with her which is disgusting.

Hopefully either their relationship turns out great or they break up because right now it’s just vile reading them together knowing how full of herself she is and yet doesn’t even care about her partners job/ life.

Catch Me is book 3 in Red Phoenix’s Brie’s Submission series and the pace really picks up in this one! Prepare to fan yourself! Brie is about to graduate from the submissive school and is bound and determined to have a Dom collar her afterwards. Brie has narrowed it down her choice with two Dom’s that are polar opposites. I was secretly cheering for a certain Dom and was cheering for her when she made her choice! Now that her choice is made I am looking forward to where Red Phoenix is taking this series!!!

Electric!

Words are inadequate to describe this tale. The author takes you into the depths of Brie's soul. You can't help but root for her. There's so many facets to her. That's not to mention the other characters. Thane...be still my heart, he's electric (hee, hee)! Tono, Todd, the other subs and doms, the bitches so much to delve into and savour I want more, can't wait to continue experiencing Brie's journey. Kudos to this fantastic Author.

I admit I would have preferred for Brie to choose another Dom, but I guess it is all part of the fun. The story does offer quite a bit of surprises. I do recommend this very steamy series, but if you suffer from triggers, do not read it. But if you love toe-curling stories and characters, do have fun.

Brie, does not have to choose a Dom to collar her but she wants one Dom in particular. Its heart breaking when he says no... and she walks away with a broken heart holding her head up high past other subs, and guests. Will she ever get the man she wants? Love Brie, and the adorable Russian" they are two of my favourite characters with in these novels.

Three books of schooling and it still continues? 😲. This was an odd story, more like sexual high school more than anything. I read all three and maybe I should have stopped to read something else. The saying “life’s too short to finish a bad book” - it applies to this series. I’ll not continue with it. But on the same note, at least I know now and won’t waste anymore time. ⏰

Five important words of BDSM

Another great story, I'm just a little worried about (Thane) Sir and Brie.. I hope Todd doesn't get dangerous. I don't believe Brie could ever trust him even as a friend. Trust, communication, honesty, respect and safety. Five important words of BDSM. Thanks Author

What's up with Faelen? There must be something telling him to give her up. It's not looking good for him in the community tho, everybody ranks to everyone else. So much gossip. I'm sure that Brei will be learning so much more than she thought. Wonder what else happens with the school and with Mary.

Was not surprised by Bries choice however surprised by the reaction.
This book got a bit boring and i felt it dragged out some. After the 1st two Catch Me was definitely more about all the feelings involved.
Wont continue with this series any further.

This Bries 3rd book. she finished her training and has chosen to be collared. Who she chooses in the long run is based on some great twists, a bit of heartbreak, but in the long run true love. follow her on her continuing journey, as she finds out who she is.
