Дуже жвава і весела книжка від пекаря, який попутно став варити і пиво. Доступно і зрозуміло, починаючи від екстрактів/наборів до повністю зернового пивоваріння, збирання свого сетінга, траблшутінга, опису солодів, хмелів, дріждів (з рахуванням клітин! І промиванням для повторного використання), з досить сучасним підходом, і купою рецептів. Про хейзи нічого немає, але давайте будемо відверті, спочатку база. ПС. Він теж третім пивом зварив імперський житній чорний ІРА. І вилив. Бо читай попереднє речення.

One of the better Home brewing beer books I've read. Covers kit, extract and Brew-in-a-bag all grain brewing. Includes a decent chunk of the theory behind the process, without making it inaccessible or over complicated. Well laid out how-to guides on all of the key steps, with decent illustrative photos, including making your own kit.
it's basically become my primary home brewing guide, and would be my go to recommendation for a single book for home-brewers.

Halfway through the book I expected this to end up as a 3 star review. A solid, but hardly original look into the world of homebrewing that doesn't really add anything to the big list of similar titles.

That changed when I entered the recipes section, however. Each homebrewing book lists some styles and methods for you to try yourself, but these felt quite unique and I actually became really inspired. Worth it for just the recipes alone!

I first picked this book up at the library because it was so pretty; I thought I'd flip through it and return it the next week. Not only is it beautiful, but it's crammed full of great information on every aspect of the brewing process. I now have my own copy and refer to it often.

Great photos and recipes. Good clear explanations of modern home brewing​ techniques. Highly recommend.
