Wow! Totally awesome collection of stories from six of my all-time favorite authors. I'm a diehard fan of all six of these very talented, award winning authors and try to never miss any of their releases. Anyone who has read my reviews in the past probably already knows how much I love box sets and this one was no exception. Not only is it a fantastic bargain but it's also filled to the brim with exceptionally imaginative, well crafted, well edited and fabulously entertaining stories featuring heartwarming romance and sinfully sexy characters who will completely steal your heart. *swoon* And no cliffhangers here....Each story in this collection is a standalone novella but if you're already a fan of any of these authors, an added bonus is several of the stories are set in the familiar worlds of the author's already existing series. But let's face it, people, I've paid more than $1.00 for just one story from each of these authors! When I read Total Shift of the Heart Box Set, I knew it had would meet all of my expectations. The storyline of all six novellas are Fantastic. The men are scorching hot and the heroines are strong and the end will justify that they will all get their HEA. This Box set will put you in the edge of your seat so that it you will want to read all six stories and with this box set you will learned as I did something new about every author. Each one of them is so skilled at her craft there is nothing she can’t accomplish for their readers. There isn't a emotion they don’t touch, no ledge they won’t standout on, no heart they don’t mend, no love they can’t tap into, no world they can’t make you enter, and no readers they can’t satisfy. There is Bears, Tigers, Wolves, Witches, Demon and Humans OH My! They have a amazing flow of words that's fast pace and well written. I love teasers so I gave a small one for each story!

Billionaire Jared Sinclair was a bear shifter. Him and his bear were not in agreement. They were attracted to Kelly who worked in the office they owned. Okay more then attracted. She was their mate. The bear was all down with that. The bear wanted to mate, have Kelly his forever, and wanted cubs. The bear was in love with Kelly and want to give her his all. Jared’s human side was not so willing. Jared knew what it was like for his mother growing up. Things would of been different if Kelly would of been a bear shifter but she was human and Jared feared if he took her as his she would leave him one day. He feared he would not survive that.

Kelly knew what it was like for her mother to be a single mother. Kelly did not have a father around. This was Kelly’s mother’s choice and Kelly did not understand that at all. Kelly was highly attracted to Jared but knew Jared would not look her way. Kelly was also working herself to death trying to take care of her mother and two younger brothers. Her mother needed back surgery. Kelly truly had a huge burden on her shoulders.

Jared will talk Kelly into to one weekend. Jared will fight his feelings and Kelly will have to discover about shifters. Jared will have to wonder if Kelly is only with him for the money or could she really love him. There is that doubt that hangs in the air.

This was an amazing story. One worth reading.


Spring For Tiger by Kate Kent

To be honest I was truly wonder what the author Kate Kent was thinking when writing a character like Janet. Trust me when I say she ended up being the perfect character you just need to keep reading. There is a reason why they character was the way she was starting out.

The character Janet Sayer was this rich snobby curvy woman. She felt like she had to have the best to brand name close to the diamonds on her fingers. She had a boyfriend that got her a fake diamond. Yes it was wrong that he tried to use the way he did, but I have to wonder if he told her the truth at the beginning telling her it was all he could afford if she would of excepted that. Janet truly needed her eyes open and her one of her friends was the perfect one to do this. Her friend convinced her to switch roles. Which meant that Janet had to live on a budget and work. This would five her a chance to find a guy that would love her for her as a person, but I think her friend wanted Janet’s eyes open as well. This was the best thing that could of happen to Janet.

Zeke who was a tiger shifter and the maintenance guy at the apartment that Janet was living in was freaking hot. Janet and Zeke start getting really close. Zeke can not stand lies and is happy he has found his mate. Problem is Janet is living a lie and has not told Zeke any of her secrets she is keeping. This will not set will with Zeke and Janet will have to try to win his forgiveness.


One Night With a Shifter by Charlene Hartnady:

This was truly a great story.Jasper was a bear shifter. He was second in command in his clan and next to find a mate. He knew who he wanted. He had it bad for Tracy-lea. They are only allowed to go to town once a month so he is hoping she is still single.

Jasper is like the prefect man. Here he is having women thrown themselves at his feet and he is making it very clear that Tracy is the only one that has his attention. He is not only making this clear to the ladies but Tracy as well.

Tracy is a human and has suffered so much hurt. She has some secrets. These secrets keep her from moving on with anyone else but she is wanted Jasper really bad. She is highly attracted to him. The problem is the secrets that Tracy has can destroy her chance with the handsome shifter.

Oh, don’t worry this is a HEA book and there are parts that will melt your heart. Oh, there are a few funny parts as well.

Wild Magic by Alisa Woods:

Daniel Wilding was a wolf shifters. He was finding himself attracted to a witch was not good since wolves and witches did not mix. There was just something about her touch and he was not certain how to think about this.

Skylar who was a witch for a local covenant was asked to help out with the wolves. Kaden trusted her and this made Daniel guess she was trust worthy as well. Skylar has a secret. It is secret that she can not afford to let anyone know.

Skylar and Daniel will find they are mates. Daniel will find out that her and Skylar will have more in common they he thought. Daniel will be about to help her more then she knows.


Tiger Summer Bride by Lola Kidd:

Blair who was this curvy human wanted to find some perfect guy to date. She was one that loved to go out and have a good time. She was not looking to find one to settle down with so quickly because she still had a lot of partying ahead of her.

Nate who was a tiger shifter was this shy guy. He was this perfect guy that you would want to just curl up with and enjoy this company. He had been on LK Brides and it seemed all his friends had been matched up pretty quickly but him. He was starting to wonder if there was a woman out there for him.

It was funny that LK Brides found these two compatible. Blair was thinking no way but Nate on the other hand was determined to win her heart. There are some bumpy roads along the way. These two will have to learn some middle ground. Truly a great story.


Hell on Wheels by Michele Bardsley:

Nyx had been one that watch her brother and sister die. This was a pain that stayed with her. She swore she would get revenge on the one called Shelo who was the one that killed them. Through this is how she came so powerful and was able to call up one Shelo’s magic.


I loved when Wrath came in the picture. There was this attraction that these two could not deny. Nyx was doing her best to keep this little boy and woman safe. Shelo wants them bad. Well the boy.

It is not long before you end up with 3 demons, a witch, and a dog working on taking down Shelo and trying to save the boy. There will be a few surprises along the way and you will have to read to see if Nyx can handle everything being thrown her way.

Kelly fantasises about Jared even when she knows that he is out of her league. Jared comes up with a proposal for Kelly, thinking that he can get her out of his system if she accepts. His bear doesn't agree and wants his mate. Will Kelly still see Jared in the same light once she knows about his animal side? Can Jared take a chance on settling down with a mate?

They have a hot and passionate night which only confirms that Tracy is the one. Destiny, Tracy's daughter shows up and this could complicate matters. Can Tracy and Jasper find a way to stay together?

Wild Magic

This novella is an additional to the Wilding Pack Wolves which is a fantastic read. This is a nice complement to the series.

Daniel Wilding has taken leave from his military duties to help his family capture the Wolf Hunter who has been threatening to wipe out the whole Wilding as well as other shifters.

Skylar is a powerful witch who has been recruited to assist the white wolves with their magic powers. She has a secret. This, she keeps to herself as it could cause her endless problems and grief.

Daniel and his wolf are intrigued by Skylar. Skylar feels this pull towards Daniel. Exploring their feelings could prove to be dangerous as wolves and witches don't mix well. Could their salvation be Skylar's secret?

The Tiger's Bride

Nate works in a local furniture store as a salesman. He is a tiger shifter who is fairly quiet. He doesn't like socialising but has registered with a dating agency to find a mate.

Although Blair is very popular and has been on endless dates with various guys, she hasn’t found Mr Right yet. She decides to register with the dating agency and doesn't have to wait long for a reply. She has a match. Nate? Surely that's got to be a mistake. They start dating and things are going really well when going out so often becomes a little too much for Nate. Will they find a compromise and hold on to what they have or will they go their separate ways?

She doesn’t want any distractions from achieving her goal. They share a steamy hot night and Nyx realises that fighting her feelings is not going to be so easy. Will she be able to defeat the king of hell and have a life with Wrath?

Each story has its own merit. They are all short, easy to read and sexy.

Putting this box set together was a great idea. Not to mention the collection of authors that it has added to this amazing box set of wonderful books. These six authors are USA Today and New York Times best-selling authors. That itself tells you that you do not want to miss these fabulous authors and their books that are written just for this box set. You have Harmony Raines (her bears rule), Kate Kent (love that she uses different types of shifters in the series that she writes), Charlene Hartnady (loved her short story “Shifter Beneath the Mistletoe”), Alisa Woods (her River brothers and Wilding Pack series’ totally rock), Lola Kidd (her Safari series was good), and Michele Bardsley (not familiar with her, but am sure she rocks if she is in this box set). The stories in these book will blow your mind plus tug at your heart. Nothing like a bears, tigers, and wolf shifters, oh and the hot sexy witches get to have fun too. This one box set that you do not want to miss. It is recommended for mature readers 18 years of age or older (sexual content).

Tracy-lea works the bar at The Dark Horse and she watching the door of the bar looking for a specific shifter, Jasper. She is wishing for just one night with the handsome shifter. She knows that one night with him would be beyond her wildest dreams, but why bother looking for him, it will never happen. Or will it? Gotta read to find out. 5 stars

Wild Magic: By: Alisa Woods- This is a complete “after story” novella. This novella is to finish up the Wilding Pack Wolves series. Daniel Wilding doesn’t trust or like witches before all the Wolf Hunter trouble because it came to light that it was a witch and not a wolf that broke up his family. Imagine his shock when he arrives at the Riverwise safe house to find that the white wolves had enlisted a witch, Skylar Starling to help them and he has Zoe with him who had just been a target of the Wolf Hunter. Skylar can’t seem to quit flirting with Daniel, and Daniel’s resistance is wearing down. Skylar wants to know why Daniel is scared to let his inner white wolf out and use his magic. Will he tell her? Will Daniel keep his distance from Skylar, or will he give in to temptation? How will Daniel react when he finds out Skylar temptress witch has a secret nobody knows, not even her parents? 5 stars

HARMONY RAINES - A BOND TO BEAR
3.5 stars just because Jared is an idiot.
Jared is one screwed up man/bear shifter. His mate is working for him but due to seeing his mother pine for her human mate that left her he is jaded about wanting a mate and cubs. He is so confused and erratic and fairly robotic in his treatment of Kelly but his bear keeps telling him to let Kelly into his life.
He treats her abominably and wonders why she doesn’t like him.
Poor Kelly, stuck between a rock and a hard place. Working two jobs to support her sick mother and two younger brothers, she is slowly going downhill health wise.
Jared offers her half a million dollars for one weekend and Kelly rightly tells him to take a hike. Once she gets home though things are worse than ever and she decides taking the money is the lesser of all the rotten paths she has to choose from.
Apart from Jared being all over the place in regards to his feelings and treating Kelly like a purchase this was a good read.

KATE KENT - SPRING FOR TIGER
When I started reading this I thought who would write about a woman this horrible, snobbish, bitchy and mean. I really only sort of liked Janet once she fessed up which was nearly at the end.
Zane was just an ordinary guy, tiger shifter who worked as a maintenance man, he was down to earth and I loved his relationship with his family.
I understand he felt lied to but Janet did come clean and apologise but he just cut her out of his life.
All wrapped up too quickly.
CHARLENE HARTNADY - ONE NIGHT WITH A SHIFTER
What do you do when the woman you know is your mate, cannot be your mate due to rules that are enforced? You find a way around them of course.
A lovely sweet enjoyable read but I was concerned at one point as it didn’t seem like Tracy-Lea and Jasper could have their HEA.
Of course everything worked out very well, especially for sweet little Destiny.
Jasper was such a sweetie and I loved his interaction with Destiny.
Tracy-Lea was one special lady and deserved to have someone like Jasper in her life to take care of her and Destiny.
Just wish the ex-husband had gotten a beating of some sort, either monetary or physically.
I hope we get to read more stories of these shifters and their mate search.
Tracy’s best friend Monique with her feistiness and caring would be perfect for Enzo, the Alpha, when his time comes to search for a mate.

This is a smaller set of stories than you usually find in these paranormal romance collections but well worth your time and money.

There are some very good authors included.

A Bond To Bear by Harmony Raines is the story of a wealthy bear shifter who has found a mate but is not sure he wants forever. His bear pushes him to take action. She works hard to take care of her family and has a little crush on the boss. She doesn't know what to do when it becomes clear he is interested too. It is a story of two people that get off to a bad start and have to decide if the benefit is worth the risk.

One Night with a Shifter by Charlene Hartnady is the story of shifters who come to town periodically to find women. Some are looking for a date and some are looking for a mate. Jasper is ready to make his move on Tracy-lea but some secrets might end it before it can really begin. I really liked the characters. I would like to read more stories about these shifters looking for mates.

Tiger's Summer Bride by Lola Kidd is a story about two people looking for love and not realizing they have already found a great partner. Blair and Nate work together but only think of each other as friends until a matchmaking service indicates they should be together. Even then, Blair is reluctant to take a chance when she thinks she already knows Nate well. These two have to overcome some resistance and differences to make it work. Lola Kidd has a great series about this matchmaking service that matches shifters with their mates that you definitely should check out if you enjoy the story.

Hell on Wheels Night Guardians #1 by Michele Bardsley is about a witch names Nyx who is out for revenge against the demon who killed her family. She meets some demons who want to help her on her mission and one has a more personal interest. Nyx has faced a great deal of pain in her search for justice. I really enjoyed the story and look forward to more in the series.

I loved Jared and Kelly's story, Kelly was struggling with 2 jobs to help take care of her mom and two little brothers. Jared is her boss and a very arrogant one at that but he knows Kelly is his mate, even though he doesn't want a mate his Bear has other ideas

Spring For Tiger by Kate Kent
I really loved Janet and Zeke's story. Janet is a very wealthy survey woman who keeps hooking up with men that only want her for her money so she makes a deal with her friend Susie to swap lifestyles and live like Susie does paycheck to paycheck. He's is the building manager of Susie's building when Janet first sees him she is in list at first sight this story also has a great life lesson as well. I love Crystals struggle in school and how she handles it

One Night with a Shifter by Charlene Hartnady
Kaspersky and Tracey-lea's story was great!!! Not just sweet and sexy but just a beautiful Happy ending
I LOVED how Kaspersky and Destiny interacted just made me laugh out loud!

Wild Magic by Alisa Woods
One of my favorite series and Whohooo a story about Daniel I was so thrilled to get to read this. As always amazing
The Tiger’s Summer Bride by Lola Kidd
I was so happy to read another awesome L&K Brides story this is about Blair and Mate and it was so good to see Mate come out of his shell BUT I really did want to smack Blair a few times. Life is not just about the next party to go to especially if you find your true love, no matter where you are or who you are with or not with you should be happy to be with your soul mate

Wild Magic - Alisa Woods
Wow! What an amazing series. I absolutely loved all of them, and this is a great example as to why. Alisa Woods has a wonderful way of putting words together and spinning a tale that will have you wishing it wasn't fantasy at all, that you could some how, be one of them. In this, the final episode of the Wilding Pack series, we finally get to see Daniel's submission to the love bug, and from a source totally unexpected. After fighting his witch half, maintaining his beautiful black wolf, he finally meets his match. Not only does Skylar succeed in bringing out his stunning white pelt, but the magic that goes with it. But, she also has a secret. One she thought she would bring to her grave, with no one else aware of exactly what she was. Sure, she is a witch, but there's so much more about her not even her parents know. Will she finally give in to her other side and tell Daniel? Will it make a difference? She knows deep down that they belong together, but is he on the same page?
A great series, but I only have one regret, and that being that it is complete. Ms. Woods had definitely left the door open for further development though, so who knows what the future may bring.

Blair has been looking for love in the wrong places, she's been on many dates but just can't seem to find the one. When LK Brides is recommended to her by her work colleague, she decides to sign up. Blair is tired of waiting for her turn to have a family, hopefully she will be matched to a nice guy.

Tiger shifter Nate has been signed up to LK Brides for over a year and has had no luck. Just when he thinks his fresh out of luck, his matched. He's shocked to find out it's his co-worker Blair. He has liked her for years but he was to shy to ask her out.

Nate's excitement doesn't last, when she tells him she only sees him as a friend. But Nate won't accept that, he will find a way to change her mind and win her over.


This was an enjoyable read. I loved the storyline, it was interesting and entertaining. The characters were really sweet. However, although I loved Nate alot, I felt Blair was a little cold at times and also that the story felt a bit unsettled in places. But saying that, overall I still really enjoyed it!

I am rating this purely on Charlene's bear shifter story- After one of my sisters read the anthology in it's entirety, I have to say I'm glad I didn't read the others- according to her Charlene's was the only good one.
So here goes...
This was one of the sweetest stories Charlene has written to date. It was funny, sexy, and adorable. I would love to read more about the bear shifters. In this story you get Tracy, a full figured barmaid and a sexy shifter who wants to take her has his mate- who's name is, Jasper.
Throw in a little hot one on one time.
A little girl who's cute as heck.
And a loyal male
Then you have this story in a nutshell.
It was one of my favorites of hers.
A standalone but still fits into her other series nicely.
I don't have anything bad to say about it. Except I wish it was longer. I always wish they were longer, because they're so good.
An easy 5 star rating.

As for the rest of this antho- I'm sorry but I can't rate them if I didn't read them.

Fantastic !
I was so excited to receive this collection several of my favourite authors in one and I was most definitely not disappointed. Bears, Tigers, demons and wolves what more could anyone want.
The Tigers Summer Bride by Lola Kidd was a great instalment in the LK Brides series and I absolutely loved Nate. He is quiet yet strong and caring. Lola Kidd is a truly talented writer who manages to keep a series fresh and although key similarities remain the instalments are all different.
Harmony Raines provides another Alpha taught a lesson or two. Kate Kent supplies a sensitive male and a female who needs to change. Charlene Hartnady provides red hot passion. Michele Bardsley and Alisa Woods do what they do best.
If I had of chosen myself it couldn't have been better.
I recommend if you love shifter romance, demons and such to read this collection. I know I will be again and again.

This is a wonderful amazing shapeshifter romance box-set that will draw you in from the first page and you will be totally captivated until the last page. I have always loved reading shapeshifter books, and this book is exceptionally well written and I thoroughly enjoyed reading every story in this book. It is compiled of six shapeshifter stories to suit every taste by covering various shapeshifter love stories. The various stories are well written with good story-lines, which also offers drama, suspense, intrigue, misunderstandings, falling in love, romance and erotic scenes in. The characters are well developed and intertwined with each other and have personality with needs and desires according to the situation they are in. I would recommend this book to people that like to read a good paranormal/shapeshifter romance.

An amazing shapeshifter romance box set, by six talented authors, which will draw you in and keep you entertained. Each short story is well written to cover all tastes, offering drama, suspense, love, laughter, and romance. Well-developed characters will take you into their world and allow you to live their lives right along with them.

My favorite is Wild Magic by Alisa Woods. This short is a novella from her Wilding Pack Wolves series and concentrates on one of the characters I had been dying to read more about. I am so glad she finally gave Daniel his story, and what a story it is. There was so much magic, love, brotherhood, and scorching love scenes.

If you love shapeshifters, then this box set is for you.

Blair can't find love because she is looking for love in all the wrong places and partying to much. When she signs up for LK Brides help she is matched with her co-worker Nate (the shy home body tiger shifter ) nate has wanted Blair for years but he has been too shy to ask her out. When LK Brides call them a match he goes out of his box to show her he can't be something more then she thinks.
Once a couple things aren't as smooth as they had hoped because live takes work and compromise.
Sweet romance. Live can be right in front if you. I love the characters, good thing they had Wyatt! That guy needs a sweet mate lol

Spring for the tiger by Kate Kent
This was a very cute story! Kinda like the prince and the pauper with a shifter twist!
Janet's ex gives her a fake engagement ring and when she confronted him about it he lies about it so he kicks him to the curb! After he leaves Janet calls a P.I. and finds out so many things he lied about. Janet tells her friends about what happened to her and her friend Susie suggests that they switch lives for a couple of months so maybe Janet will attract a better guy!
Zeke is the building super and a tiger shifter. When Zeke and Janet first meet they hit it off. After dating for awhile they accidentally run into Janet's ex and that's creates tons of problems!

Oh boy do I love me some shifters -- this is a fantastic anthology of shifter romances that you need to read. My very favorite is Wild Magic by Alisa Woods. I have eagerly awaited and consumed each of her shifter books as they have been released and this novella dovetails well into the Wilding Pack Wolves series. If you've read those, you need to read this to add details to the story you've read so far. If you haven't read the series, definitely dive in here and you won't be disappointed.

This next book we finally get to see what quiet Nate is all about and what type of woman he would go for. Of course his match would be the least likely person that he could think of. This story showed more of real life struggles than any past books and that made this one so much more relate-able minus the whole shifter part. I loved this story a lot.

Total Shift of the Heart

Wow these books were exceptional. My all time favorite was the last one and I felt like I could keep reading and reading. They were captivating and exciting, it was like watching my favorite action movie. Definitely recommend reading.

Six action packed shifter reads. Sexy shifters finding their mates with plenty of suspense and drama. Great way to find new authors. I liked the stories, as well as the characters, great chemistry and each story was a bit different. I liked it.
