Ideal for someone not familiar with agile and scrum, this book is a good concise overview. If you already practice agile, it's probably content you already know and hopefully practice, but because it's well laid out, and a quick read it's a good refresher.

I got the audio version of this book and listen it everyday on my way to work. The tips on this book are very useful, it offers different perspectives specially if you already understand the role of the PO, very easy to digest.
