Unfortunately, most people don’t even know why they hate public speaking, a lot of people don't even know why they feel fearful and negative about it. If you don't have the clue, on the next page I will state the your possible fears.

I bet, you have heard of the famous saying "conquers your fears, if only it was easy to achieve, but it’s ok. You have to do something about it and reading this book is a good start. It tell me, you are ready to learn and become a new version of yourself.

Let us first begin with understanding your fear. Know that your fear is not something that just pops up out of nowhere. To control your fear, you must know the cause of it. There’s no way this book will assist you in your journey, but it’s up to you. If you truly want to change, it will happen.

Past experiences affect a person's behavior. It's nothing but normal. People learn from their mistakes and use it as a point of reference for how they behave.

If you had a similar bad experience before, you would probably detest public speaking forever. The possibility of that experience happening again scares you.

Do not focus on the bad experience that has happened before. Instead, concentrate on the fact that at this time around, you have a chance to redeem yourself. Challenge yourself to do better this time.
