Seasonal cooking in Ibiza. Great descriptions, beautiful photography and delicious sounding recipes. I’ll change the rating if the recipes don’t work out but I’ve had plenty of inspiration just reading through the book.

A beautiful book with some nice seasonal recipes - not an essential in my collection so I am not reaching out to it too often as I feel you need to be in a Med country to have such beautiful produce and ingredients

I absolutely love this collection of recipes , it's so inspiring and also makes you want to move to ibiza immediately 😀 yesterday I made the membrillo (quince paste) to eat with cheese . It was very time consuming but simple and it's turned out perfectly 👌
