Sabrina's down in the dumps. Everyone else has the holiday spirit...even Libby Chessler! Sabrina's aunts, Hilda and Zelda, are trying to give her a happy holiday, but their best spells fall flat. And Harvey seems so busy and secretive. Is he giving her the brush-off for Christmas? Sabrina decides to give him the ultimate Christmas gift: Elvis' voice for the holiday concert!
What a disaster! Suddenly Harvey's a chick magnet and Sabrina's out in the cold. Then, when she volunteers to take Jenny's place as Santa's elf, Santa and the presents disappear! It will take a miracle--or a teenage witch-- to save this Christmas. But can Sabrina succeed and keep her secret safe?

“Christmas Eve, Sabrina’s favorite day of the year. She’d always loved it better than Christmas Day, because it was still filled with promises and hidden surprises.”
This was a childhood reread and the latest in my goal to complete this Sabrina series. I remembered this cover so vividly and thought/still think this is one of the better ones in the series. It feels pretty authentic to the vibe of the TV series. There were multiple storylines, all festive in different ways. It was a fun Christmas read.
“Sabrina thought about the year that was about the end, and the new year that was about the begin. Who knew what would happen? But she could be sure of one thing. It was bound to be filled with magic.”
Tycker det är roligt att framsidan på den här boken har absolut inget att göra med innehållet, bilden är också från ett avsnitt som har ännu mindre att göra vad den här boken handlar om.
First, I think the author captured the charm of the show perfectly. I could totally hear Melissa Joan Hart speaking Sabrina’s dialogue, and Hilda, Zelda, and Salem were all well done as well.
The story was super cute and had a good message about kindness to others. I wish the plotline of Elvis’s singing voice had been resolved better, but overall I really liked this one.
Sabrina gets a job as an elf at the mall and is helping Santa. Hard to remember the details of this one as I read it a couple of months ago, but it was a cute short read from what I remember and that is always a good time
I really like the Sabrina the Teenage Witch books. They were some of my earliest young adult books. I still like them and there’s a part in this that has made me teary every time I’ve read it. And I doubt I’ve mentioned it here yet, I hate Xmas. Unfortunately, I’m forced into celebrating it every year (I guess I shouldn’t complain since I get presents and good food, but if I didn’t have to spend my money on other people, I could use that for better food and gifts for myself. I’m a very selfish person.), so I have to start early to try and get into the Xmas spirit. This book does a pretty good job of getting me close I guess. Or more like, it makes me realize that I should quit being so selfish for at least a little bit, and maybe help out the less fortunate (Libby is kind of right after all. You help others to make yourself feel good. Even if she makes it sound really messed up…)
I loved all of the Sabrina tales full of magic. Every story was a different adventure and some new and exciting challenge to overcome. These books made me want to have magical powers too but the ending results were hilarious.
I just found a bunch of these Sabrina books at Half Price Books!
This was such a cute book. It made me smile, and I think the author captured the character's voices pretty well. I might have read it too early in the year, though - now I'm ready for Christmas!
