The thrilling tale of a girl who goes to a skate camp and has a hard time with a stuck up eejit.

Wait a second... this isn't Skate School.

Yeah Nikki and the rest are tons more realistic than Skate School. Silver Blades is a CLUB not a school. This somehow makes it more believable, even though Jill does go to the Ice Academy in book 4, you can see that it was hard work to get there, not a chance meeting with the director.

The book is mostly from Jill's point of view, but there are other storylines going on too. Jill clearly missed everyone and is irritated that everyone is going crazy about Haley (who she's never met which I don't unserstand, since they were both members of Silver Blades for about three years together and Jill has always been friends with Tori, who is now best friends with Haley since they both go to Kent Academy) and on top of all that, Carla is trying to take advantage of her and get into the Ice Academy, but of course Jill has absolutely no control over that so Carla gives up (but only after embarassing her on a horse.
