I had mixed feelings about this story. I eagerly awaited part 2 as I'm sure many others have as well and for me there were some elements that threw me for a loop. Now the writing was Grade A plus. Ms. Armstead is really a force to be reckoned with and I will continue to read her books as they drop. This book gives us additional background on Chrystal aka Rain, David aka Blue, Niyah, Quincy and the rest of the Pop It Crew and the Thug-Nation Crew(at least that's the name I gave them) that Blue hangs with. Now there was nonstop drama from beginning to end. We get to see more of David and his past with Ms. Tiffany. We get to see where all of the animosity comes from with the Price family and we get to see the levels of depravity and evil that can envelop a person's soul when they decide to turn off their inner voice of morality. I'm not too sure if I actually liked the twist with Niyah and David. I think like many others I was rooting for Chrystal and David. But actually this made the book unpredictable so I can't fault the writer for that. It kept us on our toes because we were unable to guess what was going to come or who was going to pop up next. All in all this was a good solid read and I definitely plan to check out part 3. Please don't make us wait too long to see what is going on in this explosive saga that David & Chrystal call life. Great Job Ms. Armstead!!!!!

OMG
When will the madness end. I’m normally used to odds working out everything going good then boom something crazy happened. This book series has me all in especially when there is competition in Blue’s heart but more than ever we may get to see Darius put on his street hat because now he has gotten himself in the middle of the chaos. Reason that I’m giving the book 4 stars is because I feel that book was kind of rushed and too short.

I think even the author was confused at parts in this book where the wrong names were used for an intended other character. The majority of the book was a prequel to the first book, which was kind of disappointing, because naturally, you read a sequel trying to find out what happened.

The story continues. Secrets are popping up all over the place. I started reading and before I realized it, I was done. I am rooting for Blue and Crystal. It is a must that they be together. Niyah really loves him, but I want him with Crystal. Blue has a tough decision to make. Which one will he pick. I guess that I will find out in part 3.

This book was amazing!!!! My goodness I couldn't stop reading it!!! I loved Blue with Crystal but Niyah smh loves him so much bless her heart!!! I think it's going to b a hard decision that Blue will have to make because he has babies by both women but he has a hard time dealing with Rain's reputation. He isn't going to be able to fight everybody that disrespects her. Idk how this will play out but I'm team blue/rain!!! Hurry with part three!!! Wait Crystal be acting so naive to say she done been through a lot!!! Why would she go to that party when Blue, Niyah, and Q told her not to smh! Man that ending!!!!

You did it again Krystal!!!!! I love Crystal. She's been through a lot and yes she's the blame but she just want to be loved..I love her and Blue together and Blue doesn't play about his Crystal!!!! Blue is definitely bae!!! I think he has love for Niyah and test she's a good look for him but he's in love with Crystal. It's a lot going on and a lot was revealed in this book. You see the old saying a hard head Makes a soft Ass is the realest statement ever. That damn Crystal just didn't want to listen to reason. I hope Blue can save her once again because Quincy sure let her slip away. I think Larry set this shit up but ooo I can't wait to see what happens. I hope Robyns baby is ok and they get Raven and she is safe as well

I lived it just like I loved prt1. But I tell you that dang on rain was working my last nerve again. I really wish she wasn't so head headed. Blue ha love for Niyah but to me he is in love with her and she need to understand that. I hope they end up back together with their kids. Can't wait for part3.

Good read
This is a good read but I just hate having to wait to find out what happens...hopefully the next one won't take too long to come out...I'm hoping blue stick with Chrystal and they make things work...I know the other lil chick may be better for him but Lawd he spent so much time trying to find her and I'm a sucker for love but anywho we shall see......

Damn
Can Blue and Chrystal catch a break at all? It's like they have a lifetime of enemies and poor Niyah got all caught up with the madness. I hope for a better ending for Chrystal in part three. As usual Krystal had to have me in my feelings.

After reading this book I couldn't read anything else. My attitude was so bad this book was so good. I was left with so many questions I got to the end and couldn't believe it was over. I think everyone wants someone to love them the same way Blue loves Chrystal.
