Racism is not fun or right regardless who perpetrates it!

I thought for sure David and Cece would find their happily ever after in this sequel alas it was not to be. Seems when he hit his head his memory left out the one woman he swore he would love forever. Sadly, the Chinese people like David's aunt Wendy never stopped to consider they were in the homeland of the very people they thought themselves to be better than. They apparently never gave any thought to the fact that if it is anything like how it is in this country, every ethnic group is helped to succeed except Black people who paved the way for all of the other ethnic groups to be able to leave their homelands and take up residence in ours! All of these ethnic groups that benefit from Black folks struggles turn around and disdain us, make false and hurtful statements about us, teach themselves and their children hateful mindsets towards us yet when they are being set upon, we are the ones they run to for help. At this point I hope Cece has found someone to love her for her! Great story because it both angered and disappointed me.

Excellent

This is a sweet series! One that you can really enjoy it has awesome characters, with great chemistry. The story is full of excitement and so captivating! I especially enjoyed the part that brings a smile to your face. The relationship between friends is great but the one thing problem I had is that I wish that this was full of cliffhangers. all though I enjoyed every moment spent on their relationship even the drama because it was a delight and exciting. This is a great romance which l am enjoying. I'm excited to read every book in this series.

While the plot is intriguing, there is still some yawn moments.
It could be that I am reading about young love. Also It does make me want to see where it goes from here.
