Great ideas but each page is more of less the same. Different essential oils of course with the different reason behind them, so more time on the reason for using them to me would be the only reason needed. It could have done with addressing acne treatments or blackheads, or large pores. I though it was going to be how to replace my shampoo or conditioner but instead it was just treatments, good treatments. More advice, like putting a towel on your pillow while you leave this treatment on, not just to protect the pillow but to save the oil transferring to the hair and scalp the next time you sleep resulting in greasy hair/scalp. To get rid of oils off the scalp you should put shampoo on hair/scalp first before water, as oil and water don't mix this way by adding a little water at a time it breaks the oil down not resulting in greasy/oily hair quickly coming back.
Apple Cider Vider is truly magic and it is definitely a superfood as you can use it for food, hair, body and around the house. This book shows you uses beyond what you think you know. You definitely don't want to miss out on owning a copy.
Love how each recipe is explained out by its benefits and the warning of and how to test possible allergic reactions. Going to try several of the body creams.😗.
I enjoyed the variety of healthy beauty recipes in this book. I would have given it another star however since there was not a suggestion as to where ingredients might be ordered from I didn't. For those of us who use holistic products on a regular basis it won't be an issue but those just starting may need a bit more information. I will still recommend this book to my friends and family. It's a keeper!
