Another triumph from Red Phoenix! I will admit, I was terrified Brie would have given into desire to be with Tono, so I skipped ahead to read the end without context, so I thought she chose Tono. I was panicking, so I had to read the rest of the book in one night. Accomplished, and delighted with the end!

Try Me is the 4th book in Brie's submission by the ever talented Red Phoenix. Brie's quest with Sir is mesmerizing and captivating. Once you start you won't want to stop with these adventurous books. Brie's journey is one that you shouldn't miss.
Sir takes Brie to Russia to embrace more training. Ecstatic that she gets to see Rystar, the Russian Dom again. Her limits are tested, pushed, but not with love with her Sir Thane. Back home, an opportunity arises which pushes Brie's career in the forefront of her mind. Ever wanting to succeed on the business avenue as well as her submission, others are still not too keen with her relationship and try to interfere.
Sir Thane is still dealing with his past. Will he push Brie's love away due to what his parents had? Both have to overcome multiple obstacles, more so with Brie, especially returning to the Training Center and embracing the Mistress again.
The more I keep reading the series the more I want Brie to rebel against Thane. Every time he commands, she does. Which I understand the D/s lifestyle, but every now and then a little rebellion, standing up for herself is okay in a submission form or fashion. I want to see that in Brie. Maybe in the coming books...
In Try Me, we get to fall in love all over again with Tono. With his magic rope skills and his seductive commands. My heart was with Brie when Master had to go away but a HEA was concluded as always. Onward to Protect Me, as I see drama unfolding.
4 Stars (only since I want some rebellion)

And we’re back to our favorite submissive’s adventures. This time, Brie and Sir are headed off to Russia to see big, bald, Russian Dom, Rytsar Durov. He was the dom who played out one of Brie’s fantasies and had her tied up in his room while his business associates were outside the door listening.
Brie learns a few things about herself on this vacation, one, that she’s definitely not a masochist. I’ll let you find out the rest. She manages to get herself into a serious situation that later makes Sir decide that she needs to be left with another dominant while he’s away on extended business. Wait until you see who it is.
Sir also gets to meet Brie’s parents in this book. Not quite the Norman Rockwell moment. (For you much younger people eh-hem, it doesn’t go well.) This was another page turner, and I was quite tempted to just go on to the next book. But I shall do this on schedule, and sweat it out. I just love this series to death, so much so, I got myself a paperback version of Brie Masters Love In Submission. (That’s a few of the last books in one)

Loved it! I'm hoping that the series stays this true throughout. What continually amazes me is that very little of the sexual encounters are duplicated...and there are A LOT of sexual encounters. If I'm being honest there is not a lot of substance to the series so far but it works. You probably need to be in the right frame of mind to read it. I wouldn't pick it up if your looking for a reading challenge but it's so much better than your typical boy meets girl romance. I think since I just read a couple of dark-ass drama type books this was just what I needed.

I really enjoy how this erotica novella has incredible depth, character development, spiritual journey. It is very interesting, intriguing and enlightening to read. It is very well written and captivating. I want to keep following Brie's journey.

Melts your heart
Brie & Sir have started the next step in their lives together. The meeting between Sir & Brie's parents was stressful but it did not deter their trip to visit Rystar in Russia. Lessons continue for Brie as she continues to work on her documentary. She realizes that her separation from Sir was not to be cruel or punishment, but to show her how strong their bond & love for one another is no matter the distance between them. Again I was not ready for this story to end & I have no idea when I will be able to afford the next book. Thank you Red Phoenix for bringing their story to life.

This has been my least favorite of the series so far.
I wish the books were a little bit longer because I feel so many small details are missing. I had to reread things multiple times to see if I missed something.
For example, the scene on the beach. She was wearing her coat over her school outfit but there was no mention of when it was removed. In the limo? When she got out of the limo?
It’s a minor detail but when it’s skipped over and she is told to take off her corset, I had to go back.
This happened quite a few times and kind of bothered me. But clearly it didn’t stop me from finishing this or continuing the series.

Another one of these reviews said this is a train wreck you can’t look away from, and I have to agree. It’s so bad that it’s good and boy am I locked in.
I really only liked the first half of this one where Brie got to go to Russia for some DP action with the Russian Dom and Sir. The second half was meh for me. I couldn’t put my finger on it for a while but now after thinking on it, I really just don’t like the way Tono’s character is written.
I’d like to preface and say I am not offended by it- It’s just giving the 55+ person who still uses the word “oriental” to describe Asian people. He is written like a walking generalized Asian stereotype.

Try Me is book 4 in the Brie’s Submission series by Red Phoenix and I seriously can not get enough of Brie!!! I love that they traveled to Russia to visit Rytsar!!! I hope that she reveals more of his past since it is so mysterious!!! While Brie learns more about herself in this book you are also able to see how her and Sir’s relationship continues to strengthen. I love how you can you practically feel every emotion that Brie is going through and it truly shows how talented Red Phoenix’s writing is! I am becoming absolutely obsessed with this series!!!

This lin of books has opened a door in my mind I hadn't realized was even there but I'm so glad I found it! It has caused me to realize how complex the BDSM world is,it has more layers than you could ever count and that you dont have to fit a certain mold but that you are your own mold.
That being said when I get my hands on a new link in this chain the rest of the world fades into the background and it is just me and my book.

Spectacular installment
This is a fantastic addition to Brie and sirs story tono comes back to help keep Brie safe while sir is in Russia handling business Bree has run-ins with mr. Wallace which are frightening for her but with tonos help and her master's reassurance they will get past these obstacles she is strong-willed and focused on her documentary so she can get that produced I loved this installment and can't wait for the next

This one left me thinking that I missed something along the way. Thane seems to be difting in the relationship while they are apart, seems kind of sketchy to me. Why all of a sudden did he need time away, then this new adventure in Russia, something is up, or I am completely missing quite a lot. Experiencing the lifestyle in this way is completely different than others I have read, time to get on and find out what Brie does next.

This was, like the three previous books in the series, quite fun to read and a real page-turner. In it, we get to know a bit more about the new life of Brie and Sir, which is with its challenges. The scenes are very hot and as memorable as the previous books of the series. I had a lot of fun reading this book and can't wait to read book five of the series.

Ditch a major character
I was hoping for more interaction between the two main characters but shortly after beginning one leaves. It turns into this huge drama/ teenager-like whine. Maybe because the female lead is only 22yo? This book series is good but not enough to warrant spending a TON of money on the remaining books. Not worth the expense.

Loving it.
The series continues. Brie may get her BDSM produced but must confront and ask for help from unlikely sources. Her trip to Russia is eye opening for her. She is constantly learning lessons about herself. Some of those lessons are hard learned indeed. Then there's family. Like they say you can't 'em.

That trip to Russia, all the extra time with Tono, the surprises around every corner that I never expect. The relationship between Brie and her master continue to grow. While this wasn’t my favorite book in the series so far, it definitely helps to build the storyline for the next book and dive deeper into the characters. 4 stars!

There is never a dull moment in this subbies life. I have to say these Doms are keeping her bUzy. Im really REALLY curious to see what our little Wolf Pup is going to become. For some Reason I have a little crush on him and my heart breaks a little every time he gets rejected by Brie. He still has a long way to go but shit I Need To read his HEA.

So after saying i was finished at no3 i gave in and bought the next 3 in the series.
I enjoyed that this story isnt quite as steamy and captures more of the characters personas.

Having read these as the standalone novellas I'm surprised how much if this I had forgotten. I'm glad I restarted the series for that alone and I'm looking forward to getting to the new stuff.
