A little unusual, but I'm proud of this young lady for writing a book.

I've always had a soft spot for Mississippi writers and Anaya will join the list of some of my favorite works by local writers. The story of Anaya will captivate any reader and take them on a soul-searching journey of their own. It brilliantly looks at one girl's struggle with her past and the ghosts which haunt her while examining the ghosts of others along her path. It will leave you feeling filled with hope and strength as you continue on your own journey even if you wistfully wish you could find the town and friends that Anaya encountered. She'd tell you that it's within you and they surround you if you look for it.
