Book Three of the A Broken Paradise Series
The sun sets in what seems like another glorious day in Kansas City, although things aren't what they seem. Awen grows ever weaker, her abilities leading her astray, blinded and hurt with only Sheriton and Cualli to protect her. Casius bearing on the surface and growing stronger everyday.
There's been no sightings of Caitu since their last encounter, but Awen still feels like she's being watched, and being followed from afar. However, it's not the threats from outside the circle that keep her on edge, it's the people within it who give her cause of concern. If she thought trusting people before was hard she will now without a doubt have no way of knowing what's truth and what's lies.
Now Awen and Sheriton have met up with Shawna and Taifa Bell, things only begin to get stranger for them. Crazy séances, and people contacting them from the other side, new enemies unfolding, family ties are tested, friendships are broken, and other bonds are found to be leaving.
Oklahoma seems like the only way Awen can truly feels safe. They head for Locust Grove in search for their other companions, Awen seeks out a friendly face, someone she knows loves and understands her no matter what - Aunty Laurena, Dad's sister.
But it's not long before Awen is taken from it all when the US Government get involved.

Really, what can I say about this book & series that I haven't said in previous installments? I don't want to sound like a broken record. So, hear me now, I will tell you why to purchase this series.
If you love reading, for whatever your reasons are, buy, download, & read A Broken Paradise Series. You will be transported to another life/world very similar to our own. Why not experience Awen's emotions, betrayal, and adventures into her journey of self-discovery & badassery? Isn't that why we read? What's got me hooked the most? The mythology embedded in the story. I haven't come across this particular mythology but it's so Meso-Era & I'd like more, I want to know more. I could see myself borderline obsessed with it, I'm itching to know. Hehehe
