At a young age, Nicole had a dream of becoming an author, and that dream became a reality in 2015, when she wrote her first book entitled Betrayed, which is a three-part series.
Since writing her Betrayed series, she has gone on to write Blinded by Love, The Calm After the Storm, The Wife, Mistress, Chick on The Side (four-part series), Sleeping with The Devil (four-part series), and Vindictive Baby Mama (three-part series).
The self-published author is constantly at work writing, she has a total of fifteen (15) books that are currently out. She is currently working on her next project, Drama in The Pulpit, to be released soon.

Betrayed is a good book. The storyline and characters were good.
This book will hold your attention from the beginning to the end.
While reading the book I was like it’s good , it’s about a 4 star rating.
As I continue reading , I didn’t know who was a friend or who was a foe….very good twists and turns.
Since the book had me guessing. The rating quickly turned into a 5 star.
The ending I wanted more but got the answer I needed
Thanks to the author for a entertaining story.

Wow, this is a must read. It will keep you on the edge of your seat. Friends like Carrie you don’t need enemies is all I have to say.

Overall this was an okay read. The story moved at hyper speed. While great for the reader, because you didn't get a chance to get bored or really linger on the grammatical errors, it could leave you feeling like you missed something. I think the confusion was due in large part unclear passages of time and rough transitions between characters and the structure faltering in places. I am interested in reading party 2 and that's always a good thing. I did enjoy the author’s story idea. This is my 2nd series by her.
Two random things that didn't sit well.....
In chapter 5, it was revealed that the "new couple" had been together for 5 months. I went back twice to see when I missed the time jump or a reference as to them being a relationship. I didn't see one. Not even a quick “A few months later and things were going great between ........"
The time frame written only covered 2 days. Day 1 they met Day 2 they had a date, a family member was shot & on the same night after a few more events Jason comes back for comfort. And then the declarations of love and the fact the relationship has been going on for months comes up. So, I'm confused and hope this is not going to set the tone for this story. Gaps of times missing and the reader left in the dark and frustrated and their time wasted searching for references that don't exist...hmmm okay going back in....
And then the overuse of the word ninja. I hate the "n" word. But, I was almost praying the author used it instead of ninja. It didn't flow with the rest of the dialogue. .

Betrayed
This book was really good. Khloe has been through so much but she’s strong. She is a fire cracker for real. I was devastated when Jason bust down Trina. You would have thought she learned her lesson when Khloe beat her down all those time but some people really are miserable. Dre, wow I can honestly say I wasn’t expecting him to play for the other team, but hey you can help who you are. Mike and Khloe, had their time but I’m glad it didn’t progressed. That would have been low no matter the circumstances behind their feelings. Now to the most daring, little Ms. Carrie. This bitch has got to go. Like that’s your best friend that looks at you like a sister and you betray her in the worst way. I hope she gets everything that’s coming to her. I hope Jason doesn’t make any more mistakes. This book was great from the start. Now to part 2.

This book had me emailing the author!!! Fast paced and features a strong, take charge female lead. I was here for it. Get ready for twists and turns all the way through. Definitely a page turner... Book 2 here I come.

Chole went so much and to have your best friend turn on you is the worst. You couod yell by Carrie's attitude she was clearly jealous of Chloe and prayed on her downfall. I'm excited to see what eill happen in part 2

This was my first read by Author Nicole Hill and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed this story! I initially wanted to read just the first couple of chapters, but found myself knee deep in it and finished within 3-4 hours! I was really shocked by Jason's sudden role change at the end of the book, lol. With all the twists and turns, I was very concerned that all of my questions wouldn't be answered by the end of the book and they were except one (which may be found in the next book - WHICH THERE BETTER BE ONE lol). And I thought Trina was ruthless, HA, she has nothing on Carrie. I am so ready to read part 2!! The only thing I didn't like was having to differentiate who was speaking because the wrong character's name was typed when he/she wasn't talking or even featured in a particular scene. Other than that, this title is definitely recommend!

I enjoyed this book. Khloe thought her boyfriend Dre was cheating on her but she had no proof. When she found out he was still sleeping with her enemy, Trina, she knew it was over between them. Trying to get her life back she meets Jason and he's too good to be true. Friends who are supposed to have her back, turn out to be snakes and Khloe doesn't know who or what to believe. This book had me shocked by what was revealed and I never expected things to turn out the way they did......about to start part 2 now

At first....
I almost stopped reading this book because Khloe and Trina's back and forth stuff was getting irritating....but then I felt a shift and continued reading and I'm so glad I did. I was on edge with all the suspense and drama!! "Jason" had me so afraid....I thought Trina was pitiful but Carrie takes the cake!! That's so sad to have that much hatred and jealousy!! Ready for part 2....who is Greg??

Excellent storyline

I loved this book. I loved how Khloe and Mike's friendship, the new guy Jason and even how there's always that one chick who wants to be you so bad that she takes your sloppy seconds. This story was full of surprises and twists and turns. I look forward to more works by Ms. Nicole Hill!

Great Storyline!!
This was a very good book with lots of twists and turns. I love that you used Macon as the city, then went and added Troy's into the story as well as Montezuma. I am from Montezuma and I am very familiar with Troy's.

Dang this book was good!! Khloe couldn't get over the fact that Jason cheated on her with Trina and I really couldn't blame her. Trina was the enemy and so how could she accept that. But dang the way Mike tried to frame Jason!! Talk about Crazy!!! I will be reading part 2

I was not expecting the ending and feel more should be give, like what happen to the person on the motorcycle, even though I think it was Carrie, did they catch Jason's double just so many unanswered questions.

A well written story, with great twist and turns. Oh the drama, The story has a great flow, that will keep you reading till the last page. It leaves you wanting more. Can't wait to start Part 2.
