It's a good head start if you're interested on the topic of Memory Palaces. What I particularly liked about it is that it goes directly into practical things you can apply.
3/5 for spelling and grammar mistakes which can be very off putting and one deducted point because the second book to me was more repetitive than necessary.
Overall a light read that you can probably finish in one sitting.
