Shallow advise

The book can be read within an hour which I thinks gives an idea on how superficial the content is. Most ideas are repiten along the book, from beginning to end and it does not provide examples , it stays at the theoretical I would say.

Weak

This is like reading an essay by a student who has just learned about coaching. As such it would probably get a good grade. No innovative thinking though.
