Loved the general discussion of basic ingredients and overall process. It was also excellent to see the nutritional listing of each recipe, and all the recipes were fairly straight forward and looked tasty.
However – you better like dates, and this is so not for anyone with a nut allergy!
I was hoping that this would have more options without using dates. I’m not a fan of the taste or texture. On the plus side it’s very informational. The explanation of ingredients, process and the reasoning behind those ingredients was awesome. I found a few recipes to try.
