Rate this book
You want to learn the art of blacksmithing but have wondered about all the strange terms smiths use, names of some of the specialized tools of the trade, and just how to get started. Or, you have tools already but haven’t had much luck making awesome things out of nothing, without guidance from a mentor.

Maybe someday soon you’ll even want to consider smithing as a career, making beautiful or functional items out of metal, things that solve problems for yourself or for other people.

Some good ideas for a beginner

I really liked this book, but unless SHTF I will probably never try any of the projects. I especially liked the knife idea and the tomahawk. If there had been pictures of the individual steps involved or at the very least a picture of the finished project, I would have given it five stars.

Great

Loved it, super helpful taught me the basics of everything to know about blacksmithing, as a person who knows nothing about the topic
