388. Instead of taking sleep aids, try cuddling before bed, which is shown to be at least ten times more effective than sleeping pills.
750 hacks and I think I saved 2 of them. Most of these are either common sense or things we've all seen a zillion times on social media over the years. I kept reading, hoping for a gem, but no such luck.
Information in the book is very helpful. I liked all the hacks and want to implement many to make my life easier. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to save time and make their life better as well as easier 🙂
