The concept of subtle energy and chakras is not new, although it is a knowledge that not many possess. Having centers of energy where your life force flows and being able to strengthen and energize them is an empowering concept that can allow you to take control of your life. This also brings a sense of trust in innate human goodness and inner peace into your world view.
This book is packed with useful information regarding what chakras are and how their state affects you and those around you. You will have a clear and easily understood view of the seven fundamental chakra centers and a step-by-step guide on how to energize and bring balance into your chakras through chakra meditation.
This book already contains everything you need to realize, acknowledge and strengthen your chakras, bringing you more energy to fulfill your dreams, live life to the fullest, and bring love and happiness to everyone around you.

What Are Chakras? The 7 Fundamental Chakras The Feminine Chakras The Masculine Chakras Activating Chakras Chakra Meditation
Erik Smith has captured the essence of simplicity in his booklet, Chakras: A Beginners Guide to Chakras. And it is just that.
Beginners into the world of chakra energy will find this Kindle booklet chock full of information from the first chapter defining chakras through to the chakra meditation at the end. In between, Erik discusses the seven fundamental female and male chakra's, which include information on their function, location and what the chakra is associated with, i.e., the Root Chakra located at the "base of the spine" associates with "patience, security and the ability to manifest your dreams." He includes the physical association with each description: kidneys, skeletal system and blood are associated with the Root Chakra.
Erik then gives both the positive and negative model for each of the seven chakras. In the subcategory Physical Manifestations he lists physical conditions that could arise if the energy is blocked or low. In the Root Chakra this would include: "Kidney stones, bone problems and autoimmune deficiencies."
This booklet for the beginner container a lot of information and gives the beginner a head start into their study of this alternative methodology. Enough information for the reader to determine whether they want to continue their study.
I gave the booklet three stars because of technical writing: grammar, punctuation, etc. None of which takes away from the information. But a little more editing would tighten his writing. I suggest if he does not have a hard-nosed editor that he consider finding someone who is not attached to the work and could cut excessive wording. Difficult for an author to do.
I could not make a connection with the books cover title: Chakras: How Essential Oils Change Change Your Life. Nothing in the book addresses essential oils. And I question the double use of Change. The author needs to address this.
For the beginner, however, I do recommend Erik Smith's booklet. It is an excellent start into an interesting and amazing study of the ethereal body.
