A geologist's guide to the Moon and why America should go back. As I read it, I realized that a geologist is probably a good guide to the moon, since there's not much there besides rocks and rock features ("scarps," "rilles"). I skimmed some of the reasons on why we know what we know about the Moon so I could get to some the Moon's unsolved mysteries (e.g., the Reiner Gamma).

A very accessible book written by the best planetary geologist around. If you want to know anything about the Moon this is the book to have.
