This is a funny book with a refreshing on a classic. This book would be a great teaching opportunity for students to learn about creativity and not limiting people based on their gender. Students could come up with fun ways for creative chores or how could you problem solve if someone was treating you this way. This book is a fun read that makes you rethink a childhood memory.

"Cinderfella" by Judith Bauer Stamper is a funny, fresh take on the Cinderella story, only this time, the main character is a boy! Poor Cinderfella is stuck doing chores for his bossy stepbrothers, and that’s just the start of the laughs. Kids will enjoy this book because the story flips the classic fairytale in a playful way, with lots of silly moments and a bit of magic sprinkled in. The audience will also get a kick out of seeing a “Cinderella” who’s not a princess, and the twist makes the story feel new while still keeping that fun, magical vibe that kids like to predict.
