I started off with the belief that I knew something about wine, but it turns out I knew nothing! Wine making is such an elaborate and exquisite process. From the old world to the new world, this book is like a wine encyclopedia and because of this book I know more about terrior, climate, geography, and fermentation. I love to drink wine, now I love to know the story behind each wine bottle thanks to this book.

Exploring wine is a comprehensive overview of all the wine regions throughout the world. Steven Koplan covered the regions in detail describing always including the soil and climate. This textbook can definitely take the place of a class!
