Easy to understand

This book was easy to understand, which built confidence in starting a knit or crochet project. I learned how to crochet a chain, which as a new knitter I was terrified. Many patterns call for a crochet cast on and I would avoid those. Now I can do it!

This book has great pictures and diagrams of the stitches. Also has a few patterns for beginners. And you get a bonus with a book on granny square basics.
