There are some things that many volunteers just know to be true yet many professionals say are wrong (or maybe know to be true but refuse to acknowledge). This book gives the volunteer a lot of the necessary theoretical backing to defend himself or herself when their professionalism (as a volunteer) is attacked. Highly recommended.
