This edition features all the hallmarks and pedagogy of Introductory Chemistry: A Foundation, 6/e, in chapters 1-19 and expands coverage with the addition of equilibrium, oxidation-reduction reactions, electrochemistry, radioactivity, and nuclear energy.
Zumdahl's chemistry textbooks are among the very best introductory chem textbooks I have ever used -- as a student or a teacher. I used this one (and the previous edition) for 10 years as a high school chemistry teacher, and it is probably the best HS chemistry text out there, bar none.
The language is easy to read and to understand, the examples and problems are straightforward yet challenging, and the occasional sidebar is interesting without being distracting.
