From a young age, I struggled to find the answers to what I think of are life's fundamental questions: Who am I? and Why am I alive? I found those answers for myself after much study and circumspection, culminating in strict fasting and meditation on top of Moak Mountain in South Korea more than 30 years ago.

What I discovered opened up a new life and a new world for me. Since then, I've sought to find ways to help others answer those questions for themselves, and live healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives as a result. All of my work is focused on developing methods for this and sharing them with as many people as possible. I believe when enough people know their true nature and purpose and are empowered to live by it, the world will become a place of dreams; heaven will be expressed on earth.

This book was quick and easy to read. I learned a lot I never realized before about gut health and the importance of the belly button to health in general. I've been trying the Belly Button Healing exercises, and so far they are very relaxing. At the same time, I feel like some deep cleansing is happening. Belly Button Healing seems great for strengthening your mind-body connection. You can learn it easily from the step-by-step guidance and the illustrations in this book.

Here is the thing you can change your life in a small activity of your life.

I am thankful for getting encouragement for changing my thoughts and health. I could get meaningful time to think my life and attitude over again through this book . Good luck to other readers.

A friend loaned Belly Button Healing to me because I was looking to activate my vagus nerve. I don’t know that I learned how to do that, but Lee’s primer was a really good reminder of how the belly button is connected to all things wellness both physically and mentally. The instructions for belly button healing are really clear—perhaps clearer if you are performing it on yourself than someone else. The healing wand isn’t necessary as he also explains how to use your hands. I must admit that I didn’t have the extreme successes similar to what’s included in the book’s testimonials, but the exercises do active the belly’s energy by increasing circulation and increased blood flow does increase the healing.

This is pure gold. A very easy way to look out for oneself and your loved ones. Its well explained with step by step procedures listed. I liked how the author makes this a very aware and responsible activity especially towards our Earth.

Whilst reading, I did the belly button breathing and that itself made such a difference to my physical being - extreme relaxation and an increase in energy. Im definitely doing the 21 day regime and hope to reduce my lower back pain - esp since winter will soon be here.
I would encourage people to give it a try.

Clear instructions and good illustrations. Simple to perform. I've been doing some of the exercises and my lower abdomen does feel really good during and after a few rounds. I also feel relaxed at at peace. I decline to rate the book until I've been at the exercises for a while and can assess their longer-term effectiveness.

Ilchi Lee never fails to deliver clear and simple ways to recover our health and live more enlightened lives. The Belly Button tool is making a big difference in my digestive system.

Goodreads win.

Really not sure what to make of this book. I like it and yet am confused. It was very insightful and aomething ai never would have thought of.
