I had forgotten how humorous Mark Twain was. This was an enjoyable biography as many of Mr. Train's anecdotes were included and a very good portrait was painted of his life. Well written and well edited. I highly recommended this book.

Amazing man
Great read snd I never realized how many ups and downs he had in his lifetime. I didn’t know how many of his children pre-deceased him.

Good. Concise.
I thought it seemed awfully familiar and when I got to the back I saw the 1st source was Ken Burns and Dayton Duncan. Since I have seen their documentary on Twain it explained the familiarity
