Lenity: your streetwise soul.

Rate this book
Lenity is an evolving concept for living life spiritually in modern times - this is a mini guide to the wider thought process.

By definition it means gentle or kindness - to be lenient.

However we choose to spend our time - actions have lasting effects on our lives that can't be waved away with a stint in an exclusive celebrity rehab.

Corrupt banks, politicians & movie stars steer our lives & it's reducing us to hyenas around a carcass.
Yes they are vile to each other, but they can afford it without risk - the
man in the street can't.

I am a former charity worker from England.

When our son was born we concluded that I would become the stay at home parent giving me much more time with our boy.

Even more so now as a parent - I advocate the concept of Lenity - a belief system where personal responsibility is of the highest importance.

I have always felt that regular prayer or worship does not therefore grant a free pass to selfishness or bias.

A person may well be a "good" christian for example but they complete this process much like learning dance moves. Yet they often fail to stop judging others or even worse begin to dictate how they believe others should behave.

Lenity reminds us to be the best versions of ourselves without it being out of touch with our modern lives.

I am a student of Islam, Christianity, Taoism & Wicca amongst others but I still believe Lenity to be a vital component lacking in our daily lives regardless of any core faith & values.

Free to all it is aimed at those just hitting drinking age.

It is a window into the actual book - the book of Lenity - for those that might not pick up a book on spirituality but might be fed up of the "in crowd".

If you are already into spiritual concepts then the main book is the actual message this is more of a booklet.

More like a leaflet - I still liked the message.

Again as a Christian I take nothing negative away from it's message only kindness.
