That was pretty cute.
In a universe where same-sex marriage is common and people are born with cat ears, one girl is betrothed to another (an arranged marriage).
They meet only once as children and then, at age 16, Chiru go visit her fiancee.
The story is cute and funny. Two women who marry without knowing almost nothing about each other, learning from day to day things about each other and little by little developing feelings for each other.
The art is wonderful and so cute ... I can't wait to read more about these two.

This is the exact same shtick as Legally Married Yuri Couple by the same author. If you swapped the main characters in this and that other series, I would not be able to tell, and the plot is also very similar. It seems like there might be a bit more drama in this compared to Legally Married Yuri Couple in further volumes? But I don't know. So far it's more of the same slightly shallow but inoffensive catgirl lesbian fluff.
