So was schon mal gesehen?
Wenn nicht, werdet ihr das nicht mehr sagen können, wenn diese Manga zu Ende ist. Nicht nur werden hier ständig die Schlüpfer von, ich nehme mal an, 16-jährigen Mädchen gezeigt, sondern auch von kleinen Mädchen, und das in durchaus sehr sexuell anzügigen Posen. Ich bin der letzte der was gegen Porno hat, aber es gibt Grenzen und man kann den Fans auch was hinschmeißen, was besser in die Geschichte passt und nicht diesen Unsinn hier. Und den Schlüpfer zeigen während im sie herum Leute abgeschlachtet werden oder jemand gefressen wird? Wen würde so was anmachen?
Und leider war das nicht das einzig klischeehafte in diesem Manga, denn ich war nur 10 Seiten in diesem Band und schon gab es "du wirst dafür bestraft dass du versehentlich meine Brüste angefasst hast", was ja soooooo unglaublich selten ist in Manga und Anime. Und das schlimmste daran ist, dass das Mädchen angeblich nur Abura-Ya aufwecken wollte, und dafür musste sie sich auf ihn drauf setzen?
Nun, die Bösen hier sind Vampire und sie werden als Hesperiden bezeichnet, da sie bei Sonnenuntergang aktiv sind, was aus meiner Sicht doch recht weit hergeholt ist. Aber zumindest waren zu diesem Zeitpunkt die ganzen Erklärungen (in Dialog- und Monologform) vorbei. Was leider nicht vorbei war, waren die ganzen Klischees. Ernsthaft, konnte es noch irgendwie offensichtlicher sein, dass die hübsche Supermodel-Schülerin welche von der kaputten Tür weiß und bei dem illegalen Herumrennen bei Sonnenuntergang weiß ein Vampir ist? Und wenn das nicht reichen würde, nein sie war auch in unseren Protagonisten verliebt und sagt es ihm nachdem sie seine Schulkameraden zerrissen hat und zwischen ihren Leichen steht. Was soll der Quatsch? Sollen wir denken er wäre dermaßen begehrenswert, dass jede ihn will oder was? Nun, wenn man bedenkt dass die Person welche sich für seine beste Freundin ausgegeben hat (plastische Chirurgie und alles) sich ebenfalls in ihn verliebt hat, lautet die Antwort wohl ja. Und wenn das noch nicht reichte, seine Eltern sind tot und er ist von Geburt an etwas Besonderes. Die Klischees kamen nur so herangeflogen.
Und natürlich haben wir nicht nur gewöhnliche Vampire, nein, es gibt auch Reinblüter hier, warum auch nicht, nicht wahr? Und die erste Reinblütige will natürlich den Protagonisten als Paarungspartner… ist das irgendeine männliche Ermächtigungsfantasie oder was? Und wenn das noch nicht genug war, der Protagonist versteckt seinen Kopf im sehr, sehr kurzen Rock des Mädchens welches ihn ständig rettet… ich habe keine Worte dafür.
Als wäre die Idiotie nicht schon genug, so haben die Hesperiden auch noch eine Tinktur welche sie vor der Sonne schützt, und das schon seit Jahrtausenden… also warum benutzen sie es nicht ständig?
Zumindest die Monsterhand von dem einen Mädchen war recht cool. Sie war die welche uns ständig ihre Unterwäsche gezeigt hat und durchaus ein paar gute Kampfszenen hingelegt hat, allerdings muss man sich dann fragen, warum sie nicht mehr tut. Aber man kann wohl nicht viel erwarten wenn man bedenkt, dass sowohl sie als auch ihre Vampirjägerkollegin den Typen der praktisch von jedem Vampir bisher angegriffen wurde einfach unbeaufsichtigt herumlaufen lassen. Und der neue Vampire kann plötzlich auch noch neue erschaffen und ist bereits sehr stark und warum beschwert sich das kleine Mädchen bei dem Protagonisten darüber, dass er sich in einer Gefahrensituation auf sie verlässt? Sie ist die ausgebildete Vampir-Mensch Hybridin (ja, sowas haben wir auch hier) und er ein Junge ohne Ausbildung also mach es Sinn, dass er sich auf sie verlässt.
Könnte es noch offensichtlicher sein, dass all dies nur passiert weil die Handlung es so will?
Diesen Manga kann man schlicht vergessen, wenn man eine Geschichte mit Substanz will. Und wenn man nur Titten und Unterwäsche sehen will, soll man einfach Pornos nehmen.

Have you ever seen this?
If not, you will not be able to say this when you are through with this manga. Not only will you see lots of panties of, I assume, a 16 year old girl, but also from a little girl, in definitely sexually explicit poses. I am the last one who has anything against porn, but there are limits and you can through something else to the fans that fits better into the story and not this garbage here. And showing the panties while people around them are massacred or someone is eaten? Who would be aroused by that?
And sadly this was not the only cliché in this Manga, you see I was only 10 pages into this volume and we already had the "you will be punished for accidentally touching my breasts, which is soooooooo incredibly rare in manga and anime. And the worse about this is that the girl allegedly only wants to wake Abura-Ya up, and for that she has to sit on top of him?
Well, the bad guys here are vampires and called Hesperides because they are only active at dusk, which from my perspective is quite a stretch. But at the very least all the exposition (in mono- and dialogue form) was over at this point. What sadly wasn't over was all the clichés. Seriously, could it be more obvious that the pretty super model student who knows about the damaged door and the illegal dusk running was a vampire? And if this wasn't enough, no, she also was in love with the protagonist and tells him that after she had ripped apart all of his school mates and stands among their corpses. Why is this bullshit here? Are we supposed to think that he is so desirable that every girl wants him or what? Well, if you keep in mind that the person masquerading as his best friend (plastic surgery and all) also is in love with him, the answer probably is yes. And if this wasn't enough, his parents are dead and he is something special by birth. The clichés never stopped.
And of course we not only had regular vampires, no, there are also purebloods here, why not, right? And the first pureblood wants the protagonist as a mating partner… is this some kind of male empowerment fantasy or what? And if this wasn't enough, the protagonist hides his head under the very, very short skirt of the girl that constantly rescues him… I have no words for thus.
And as if the idiocy wasn't enough already, the Hesperides had a potion that protects them from the sun, and that for millennia… why aren't they using this all the time?
At the very least the monster hand of the girl was pretty cool. She was the one who constantly showed us her underwear and had managed to achieve some quite good fighting scenes, even though you have to ask yourself, why she doesn't do more. However you probably cannot expect too much when you keep in mind, that she as well as her vampire hunter colleague just let the guy run around without supervision even though he had been attacked by every vampire ever shown so far. And the new vampire can suddenly create new ones and is already quite strong and why is the little girl complaining that the protagonist is his relying on her in a dangerous situation? She is a trained vampire-human hybrid (yes, they have this as well) and he an untrained human, so him relying on her makes sense.
Could it be more obvious that all of this only happens because the plot demands it? You can totally forget this manga when you actually want a story with substance. And if all you want to see is underwear and tits, you should just watch porn.
