Good things come in threes, and this is a triple threat of MAGIC, MUSIC & MISCHIEF! This collection of classic stories features three amazing series from three legendary writers and artists: Sabrina the Teenage Witch and Josie and the Pussycats by George Gladir, Frank Doyle and Dan DeCarlo and Little Archie by Bob Bolling! This triple hitter is one no Archie fan will want to miss!
This gem contains 90 pages of Sabrina and 110 pages of Josie, with and without The Pussycats, all but one story drawn by Dan DeCarlo. There's also another 90 pages of Little Archie, which I normally skip, except Bob Bolling was bringing his A game to the table this time. It's an easy 5 star read for classic Archie fans.
3.5 is more accurate. A great collection of old stories about Archie side properties with a little bit of history mixed in. My interest waned as the focus shifted, however; the Sabrina section was my favorite, Josie read like diet Archie, and Little Archie was... oookay. Was surprised to find Riverdale was on the wrong side of the Civil War.
There's very little actual Archie in here, but honestly I'm fine with it. I loved all the Sabrina and most of the Pussycats. I'm not a huge fan of Little Archie, but that section was still enjoyable.
I loved Sabrina, Josie and the Pussycats, and Archie when I was a kid. I still enjoyed these (the outfits were so swoon worthy!) but I didn’t care much for little Archie.
